Last weekend, pregnant Ciara and husband Russell Wilson threw a co-ed baby shower at a private house in El Lay, and it was as fabulous as you'd expect! The event (planned by Mindy Weiss) had an "all white" theme, where female guests -- including La La Anthony and Serena Williams -- wore beautiful flower crowns! The dinner, catered by Shake Shack, was held in a gorgeous tent lit up by strings lights and big balloons. Tables were set up like a square where more white balloons filled the center. As for the table arrangements, guests sat in front of gold elephant statues, white flowers, candles, and books. After the invitees ate, the entire party played games before dancing the night away to tunes spun by DJ Nabs. Damn! Sounds like Ciara and her man had a great time. Can't wait for her baby's arrival! IHOP Server Becomes An International Sensation After Helping A Disabled Patron Eat Her Food! Posted: 30 Mar 2017 02:57 PM PDT This is sweeter than maple syrup! Keshia Dotson, an IHOP customer in Illinois, recently shared a touching moment between an IHOP server and a disabled customer, and the sweet snap has gone viral! Related: Beyoncé Makes A Cancer-Stricken Teen's Wish Come True The server in question, Joe Thomas, is helping the disabled customer eat in the photo, while her husband enjoys his own meal. Dotson shared the photo (above) and wrote: "Today while visiting your Springfield, IL location on Dirksen I witnessed a very touching moment involving one of your servers. A man and disabled women were dining and your server sat down with them and proceeded to help feed the disabled woman while her companion enjoyed his food. My faith in humanity has been restored a little today. "UPDATE: Dale and "Ma" and reached out and are so thrilled by all the positive feedback they are also very thankful for the all the recognition that Joe (our wonderful server) as received. -- thank you all for your kind words. :)" Thomas was later interviewed about the incident, and had this to say of his patrons: "They are just really nice people really. I always see him stop eating to feed her and I was like 'heck, if I'm not doing anything why don't I go feed her so he can eat and everyone can be happy?' My parents always told me to treat people equally and that's what I try to do all the time." What a kind-hearted soul! Wow! Since the photo went viral, Thomas has been moved by all the positive feedback: "It really felt good for somebody to actually see another person is doing something and take notice. It felt good, but at the same time I was like I really don't care for the recognition to much because it's just something that should automatically be done regardless. I am out there to help anyone if I can, don't really look for anything in return just have a good day and that's it." Don't Get It Twisted! Former Miss USA Tara Conner Is NOT A Trump Supporter! Posted: 30 Mar 2017 02:35 PM PDT Former Miss USA Tara Conner made headlines when she vocalized her support for Donald Trump, and apparently she has even more to say about POTUS now! Despite explicitly writing in her post that she is "committed to supporting him in any way" she can, the once scandalized pageant winner is doing a bit of backtracking in a new piece, entitled "My Gratitude Does Not Mean I'm A Supporter"! Related: The White House Staff Are Showing Trump Their Support In case you didn't know, Tara was caught drinking underage and using cocaine at a nightclub back in 2006. Drumpf gave her a second chance when he allowed her to keep her title if she agreed to enter rehab, which she accepted. Well, the 31-year-old is now an advocate for addiction recovery and spoke to The Fix about how great it was that Trump decided to look out for her back then: "When I was sent to treatment, Donald Trump was practicing inclusion in the workplace. When I could have been fired due to a morality clause, I wasn't fired because he saw something in me that maybe even the Miss Universe organization didn't see. All they saw was this pain-in-the-ass girl who lied a lot, was very inconsistent, and could barely put two sentences together. They were tired of it. Because he's been directly affected by alcoholism and addiction, he could see a little deeper than that." She also added: "When Trump sent me to treatment, what that showed was that this problem can be fixed. There is help out there, and this person has the ability to change. Instead of throwing the hot mess that was now Miss USA onto the street to fend for herself, I was given a chance by being given an option. I happily took that option. I said, 'Absolutely, I'll go to treatment. Whatever you need me to do.' I had hit my bottom, and I was willing to do what was necessary to get well again." However, Tara continued by bringing up the importance of having the government, specifically the 70-year-old, back efforts to remove the stigma surrounding addiction: "I recently went on Fox & Friends to try to encourage President Trump to think about it. I've sent him emails and I've done what I can to contact him, but the problem is a lack of understanding. Insurance companies for the most part won't even honor the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act. Rather than make the law respected, President Trump wants to put more money into criminalization and building walls. What he doesn't understand is that long-term recovery works, and there's a positive return on that investment. Prevention and treatment are the best ways to battle the problem. As a businessman, I hope the president will look at the facts and see that investing in recovery makes good financial sense. Everyone focuses on how I said he saved my life, but they are ignoring my steadfast belief in prevention and treatment efforts... I wonder whose kid needs to die before the eyes of President Trump are opened to this tragedy. Is it a specific person? What do we need to do in order for people to recognize this as the extreme healthcare crisis that it has become: This is our black plague. Somebody needs to talk about the solution before it's too late." Sounds like she really doesn't want to be labeled as a Trump supporter -- who can blame her? In response to his controversial health care proposal, the Kentucky native even went on to say: "Let me be perfectly clear: Just because I have expressed gratitude for what he did for me and just because I have encouraged President Trump to do the right thing does not make me a Trump supporter. This is a failure in perception in relation to the recent press I received. If the cuts that he's discussing come about, I am going to raise absolute fucking hell." Why wait for cuts to happen?! Anyway, we're glad Conner is clearing up her stance on the President for the sake of awareness surrounding important health care issues!! It is SO important! The opening credits to Sex & The City are pretty much world-famous at this point, and we can't quite picture anything other than Carrie Bradshaw in that frou-frou tutu getting splashed with dirty water! Yes, Entertainment Weekly has unearthed what was left on the cutting room floor! In the footage, Sarah Jessica Parker wears a sexy blue dress sans bra (with nips poking through!) and trips when she sees her bus ad, before shrugging it off and twirling away into greener pastures. Or the Plaza Hotel, maybe. See for yourself (below)! (There's no volume, BTW). And almost twenty years since the show premiered, creator Darren Star and stylist Patricia Field reminisced about that alternate scene. Darren recalled filming the now-iconic moment in 1998, saying: "There were two wardrobes. One was the tutu, and we did one pass where Sarah Jessica was wearing a blue dress and didn't get splashed; instead, she trips when she sees the ad. In my mind, it was a nod to The Dick Van Dyke show, but we didn't use it. It's in the archives." Meanwhile, Patricia and Sarah Jessica rallied for the tutu to be the winner. Patricia said: "It was very difficult for the producers to understand the tutu. Sarah Jessica and I were fighting for it, and Darren said, 'Okay, but I want other outfits as possibilities.'" Ultimately, Darren concedes it was the best choice: "It was such a brilliant choice because, in a way, Carrie's dancing through her life in New York."
