Earlier this year, Calvin Harris came pretty close to exposing the famously fabled feud in an anti-Tay Twitter rant, but now, Bravo's head honcho is revealing a specific scenario with quotes to match! On Monday, it was revealed that Joe Simpson has prostate cancer. A rep confirmed that Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson's father was diagnosed with the devastating disease. Following Apollo Nida's surprising engagement news on Monday, the identity of his lady love was possibly uncovered by some diehard fans. We're talking serious dedication here, people! Related: Phaedra & Apollo Are Officially Divorced! According to some deep digging, it looks like the convict's paramour is none other than Shereen Almufti, a real estate agent in Philadelphia. While previous reports claimed her residence as New Jersey, it looks like Almfuti did attend high school there but ultimately moved to Philly as an adult. As for the fine details of Shereen's identity, it appears she is around 34-years-old and has a young daughter. On Monday, a federal judge ruled that the Making A Murderer subject will be released from prison while prosecutors appeal his overturned conviction. For those of you who may not know, in 2007, the Wisconsin resident was found guilty of sexually assaulting and murdering Teresa Halbach. Related: Nancy Grace Storms Out When Asked Why She 'Capitalized On Dead Kids!' A key part of the now-27-year-old's conviction was his confession, in which he detailed how he and his uncle, Steven Avery, allegedly assaulted and murdered the photographer. However, the Netflix docuseries seemed to show Brendan was coerced into providing that confession, after his mental ability was called into question and his court-appointed lawyer didn't hesitate to take a deal. So, in August, Judge William E. Duffin overturned the young man's murder conviction. But, in September, the state of Wisconsin announced it would be appealing the overturned verdict. However, Judge Duffin has now ruled that Brendan won't be locked up during the appeal. When he first overturned the conviction, William ruled Mr. Dassey would be released from prison in November, and he isn't going back on that decision, despite the current legal fight. In his new ruling, the magistrate explained Steven's nephew is neither dangerous nor a flight risk, saying his "prison disciplinary record is exceedingly benign." Not to mention, he felt the authorities did not provide enough evidence to warrant Brendan's continued stay behind bars, explaining they "failed to demonstrate that Dassey represents a present danger to the community." We aren't sure when exactly he will be released, but the docuseries subject must stay in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and provide his intended address by Tuesday. According to reports out of New York, a 36-year-old Bronx resident named Richard Rosa held his 43-year-old girlfriend captive in their apartment for THREE MONTHS before she was able to escape. Records also show Mr. Rosa tortured his partner physically and emotionally during her captivity. Related: This Zoey 101 Alum Was Arrested For Domestic Violence! Per court docs and testimony from loved ones obtained by the NY Daily News, the criminal and his girlfriend, whose name has not been released to the public, originally moved into the residence with Rosa's grandmother, though she ultimately left in February due to the couple's volatile and contentious relationship. Once the two were alone, the couple's relationship deteriorated even further, as did their finances. Things ultimately got so bad the power company was forced to shut off their electricity. Unfortunately, things reached a breaking point on August 1 after the perp refused to let his lover out of the apartment. To make the terrified woman stay, Richard would often put a gun to her head and pull the trigger. On occasion the deranged man would use a knife to taunt his victim. Luckily the kids did not live in the house of horrors; they all remain unharmed. While we're not sure how the girlfriend finally made her escape, at some point on Friday she was able to reach a local police station six blocks away from the apartment. Once there, she told cops her story and she made a point to note that her boyfriend was in the possession of an illegal firearm. Following a search of the residence, Richard was arrested and charged with harassment, as well as weapon and drug possession. He's currently being held on a $15K bail. An eyewitness tells TMZ the tennis player and the rapper were spotted chatting backstage at the grand opening of the Yetunde Price Resource Center before Serena took the stage alongside her sister, Venus.
