A woman holds a whole head of garlic in her hand, inserts the tip of a knife into a single clove, quickly twists the knife and pulls the clove out of its skin with absolutely no effort whatsoever. In a matter of seconds, she unpeels every single clove from the bulb. Easy, right? Uh, no. We tried and failed miserably.
