The 17-year-old -- who goes by the stage name "Big Tip" -- is an up-and-coming rapper who is currently at the top of SoundCloud's "New & hot" chart for R&B and Soul artists.

The story behind the apology!

As seen on Instagram Story on Tuesday, Katy Perry sent Taylor Swift a literal olive branch to "clear the air" on their "past miscommunications."

As you may or may not know, the two began feuding after the American Idol host reportedly stole dancers from the Reputation singer years ago.

According to an ET Online source on Wednesday, the Swish Swish musician sent the apology to prove that women should not be pitted against each other.

The insider explains:

"Katy planned a very personal, sweet apology and took time to write a kind note in hopes Taylor would see how much she cared about putting this behind them... Katy told friends if Taylor didn't accept this apology, she would keep trying because she is done holding on to the past and wants to be part of the change in today's society. She wants to set a good example for women, so she planned to never give up, if that is what it took."

Now that Taylor has responded to Katy's note, the two can hopefully become friends again.

"Katy hopes they finally can be supportive of each other's music and maybe one day soon even hang out together again... Katy realizes they need to take it one day at a time, but that this is a great start."

Apparently, Orlando Bloom's flame has been trying to make amends with Swift for quite some time.

"Katy and Taylor's years of cruel comments about one another in their interviews, their shots at each other on their social media and their full-blown attacks in their music videos, continued to show their one goal -- revenge... In the beginning, both Katy and Taylor were to blame for their digs at one another, but Katy has been trying to make amends for some time. Each attempt by Katy to apologize or show Taylor respect went either unnoticed or worse, ignored."

As we reported in June 2017, in an interview with Ariana Huffington, Perry said she forgives Taylor and is "sorry for anything [she] ever did." Unfortunately, Taylor just "wasn't having it," and reportedly kept the feud going.

"She hates that feeling of having bad blood... She often told friends she wanted to end this fight with Taylor, but didn't know how to make that happen. Katy's attempts to apologize through her interviews seemed to have no effect on Taylor. She kept trying to show Taylor she cared and wanted to end this rift, but Taylor wasn't having it."

Their beef was especially awkward for mutual friends, who felt they had to pick sides.

"Most of their friends have come to terms with their disdain for one another, but it hasn't made social situations easy for anyone... Their mutual friends often felt obligated to choose 'Team Taylor' or 'Team Katy.'"

Despite Katy's olive branch, their drama might not be over, just yet.

According to The Sun Online, Katy was "surprised" that Taylor posted her handwritten note on social media:

"Katy expected that Taylor would post something about it, but she didn't expect the actual letter to go on social. The thing is, you can only see part of what Katy wrote and it looks like she's taking sole responsibility for the entire feud. Without context, it looks like she's taking the blame for everything and obviously there's a lot more to it than that."

Southern Charm Star Thomas Ravenel Being Investigated By Police After ANOTHER Accusation Of Sexual Assault!

As you may have heard, Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel was accused last week of sexually assaulting a woman he met on a Tinder date in 2015.

Now there is another alleged victim -- and this one went to the police.

According to multiple news sources, the Charleston PD have opened a preliminary inquiry after a second woman, who wishes to remain anonymous for now, sat with detective for 5 hours on Monday, in which she reportedly provided a very detailed account.

She told FITSNews:

"I told them the truth about what happened to me. They are investigating him."

The details of this report are not yet known, but the investigation report obtained by People refers to the incident as both "sex offense" and "forcible rape."

Previously, Ravenel was accused of groping and attempting to rape 53-year-old Debbie Holloway Perkins; her daughter Ashley Perkins came forward when she learned she was not bound by the NDA her mother signed.

Donald Trump is a liar. He even admits it and doesn't get called on it!

As we said at the beginning of his presidency, the POTUS undermining all the checks on his power -- the press, the legislature, and now our intelligence apparatus and law enforcement -- is downright dictatorial.

But nothing has gotten beat up more than the press. Hell, he called them the "enemy of the American People" after being President less than a month!

Why? Because Trump knew they would report all the corrupt shit he had done and was planning to do, and he wanted to discredit them as much as possible to muddy the waters.

Cardi B is still on the move!

On Wednesday, the 25-year-old rapper hit up SiriusXM in NYC for a revealing chat with Howard Stern about... well, pretty much everything! From her Nicki Minaj feud/Met Gala reconciliation to confirmation of her baby's gender -- we've got everything you need to know from Cardi's appearance on The Howard Stern Show!

When asked if she already knows the sex of her baby, the Bodak Yellow artist responded:

"I'm having a girl."

We knew it!!! Adding of the chosen name for the little one:

"Ya know what I didn't pick the name but if you interview my dude, he'll tell you."

Elsewhere in the interview, Cardi revealed that she stopped smoking weed two years ago -- and that it has nothing to do with her pregnancy. She explained:

"I felt like weed really gets you tired and sleepy...and paranoid. I hate when people say that weed doesn't affect your brain...Yes it does. Every time I smoked weed in my teenage years and I just felt dumber, dumber, dumber, dumber, dumber, dumber, dumber, dumber and dumber."

Her quote on her non-rushed wedding plans with Offset:

"People that don't have this job wouldn't understand...truth of the matter is that's it's hard to plan a wedding right now. First I am not having a wedding pregnant. I want to wear my dream dress and I want to get drunk on my wedding and I want to go on a honeymoon and I want to be drunk for a whole week. I know for a fact though next spring we are planning our wedding. but it has to be planned at to a point where there's no worries."

Cardi also explained what happened on Monday night when she and Nicki linked up:

"I never was feuding with anybody; there was a misunderstanding. I think she felt a certain type of way about something. I definitely felt a certain type of way about something. I didn't wanna ever talk about it in public because I felt like we gonna see each other again and we will talk about it, and it's always like little issues. The thing is, it's always little issues, but you know, fans are always gonna make it a big thing."

Adding:

"I spoke to her about it. I spoke to her at the Met Gala about it, and it's just like, see? It's just something that had to be talked about because it was an issue. I'm not gonna talk about it, but I really feel a certain type of way. My feelings was really hurt, and I was just on some, 'You know what? This is why I just keep to myself. This is why I cannot fuck with nobody.' ... The media, they just so thirsty to put women in hip-hop -- not just women in hip-hop, color women -- against each other. I don't understand why they do that and why they want to do that. Like, I've seen so many Hispanic artists -- females -- work with each other, and it benefits them so well."

Her gold dress (above) is now a "favorite" but she only had the fitting "the night before" the Ball:

"We had gone through sketch after sketch, perfecting it. They took my measurements, but inside I was freaking out a little bit. Was it going to fit? I had lost six or seven pounds in the last two weeks, doing a cleanse, and so I really wanted to make sure that it fit me... So I was freaking out a little bit, and then it just fit me like a glove—like, it was perfection. It was so good."

Obviously there were a lot of celebs to meet, but the surprise performance by Madonna was the "standout":

Luann de Lesseps Thinks She Might Have Been Drugged Before Drunken Arrest — WATCH!

As we reported in late December 2017, Luann de Lesseps was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida for allegedly attacking a cop during a drunken rampage.

The Real Housewives of New York City star was later charged with resisting an officer with violence, disorderly intoxication, and trespassing.

On Wednesday's episode of The Dr. Oz Show, the Bravo-lebrity stopped by and revealed she may have been drugged prior to her arrest.

According to the 52-year-old, she and a friend drank rosé given to them by adoring fans. The Money Can't Buy You Class singer remarked:

"I had rosé at lunch, with my girlfriend, we split a bottle of Whispering Angel, which is normal... And then there were some people there that were fans, so they send me more rosé. So I drank more than I usually would."

After then having "not one martini, but two," the two returned to their hotel where Luann suddenly blacks out.

"So, by the time I get to the Colony, I was pretty sloshed and then I don't know... I almost think that somebody slipped me something, because I don't remember a thing after that."

Chris Brown Sued By Woman Who Claims She Was Raped & Forced To Perform Oral Sex On Menstruating Woman In His Home

Chris Brown has just been sued by a woman who claims she was raped at his home, in what prosecuting attorney Gloria Allred calls "one of the most horrific sexual assault cases" she has ever seen.

In the suit, Jane Doe claims she was invited to a party at Brown's house in February 2017 where he supplied cocaine, molly, and marijuana. Doe alleges that after her phone had been taken away, an unnamed female friend of Brown's forced her and a few other women into a bedroom and blocked the door with a couch.

Once inside, Brown's female friend allegedly forced the women to hook up with the hip-hop star and another man named Lowell Grissom. Doe claims she tried to leave, but Brown's female friend grabbed her by the throat and forced her to perform fellatio on Grissom.

Doe says the female friend then pushed her down on the bed and "literally sat on [Doe's] face, using her legs to pin [Doe] down while forcing [Doe] to perform oral sex on her" -- all while the woman was allegedly menstruating.

Doe claims she went to the bathroom after and saw her face covered in blood. She claims that Grissom then entered the restroom while she was showering; she tried to leave, but he allegedly shoved her onto the bed and raped her.

The alleged victim, who is being represented by Allred, claimed that later, Grissom held her against a washing machine and raped her again.

She claims she went to a rape treatment center and reported the incident to police.
