Paris Hilton Sheds Tears Testifying Against Her Hacker In Court: 'I Have Been Violated So Many Times In My Life'

Paris Hilton will never be the same after being the victim of a hacker.

The socialite couldn't stop herself from crying in court as she testified against Paystar Bkhchadzhyan -- the woman who was sentenced to 57 months in prison to bank fraud conspiracy on Monday for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from Paris' bank accounts and nude photos from her iCloud account.

Paris made it clear in court that she has been deeply affected by the crime; not only will she never store nudes on her iCloud account again, she's now scared to be home alone!

She said in front of the judge:

"This has impacted me in so many ways. I am constantly looking over my shoulder and even scared to walk into my home alone fearful that this woman or her boyfriend or other dangerous friends are inside there waiting to hurt me or steal from me."

As we reported, Bkhchadzhyan allegedly hacked into Paris' bank accounts, used her credit cards, and even impersonated the heiress, emailing Paris' assistant to wire over $80,000 to the hacker's personal account.

After the ruling was made, the Simple Life star was seen outside the courthouse speaking with reporters, looking pleased that justice had been served. Good for her!

Read her full testimony, obtained by The Blast, below:

"Thank you your honor. It is very important for me to stand here today and pursue legal action on behalf of myself, my family and anyone who has been targeted with hacking. This was stealing and an invasion of my privacy. Public figure or not, no one should be a target for this crime. I hope that by being here today it brings awareness that this won't be tolerated and moving forward it doesn't continue to happen to me or anyone else.

"When I first found out that my personal emails, iCloud, credit cards and identity had been stolen and taken over by some stranger I felt so upset, hurt and violated. The defendant not only hacked into my accounts and made credit cards with my name on them but somehow found a way to hack into the email accounts of my employees, my friends and my family members such as my father and sister. The defendant started contacting me personally thru text after she impersonated me to a phone company and took over my cell phones where she actually had set it up so that she had her own phones that were directly linked to mine receiving all of my personal texts, emails, whatsapp conversations, private photos and videos.

"The defendant was impersonating to be someone else and she lied to me, tried to con, scare and extort me for money saying that these other women had broken into my iCloud and stolen private photos and messages and threatening me that if I did not pay for my pictures and my private information that it would be sold to the media to be leaked to public. I was told that they were already in talks with reporters and media companies interested. I was so upset, distraught and terrified that I could hardly sleep that entire week constantly being contacted by this woman who had targeted me and my life. It was so scary, upsetting, disturbing, shocking, and stressful to be threatened and extorted in such a way.

"It even got scarier when the front gate security guards in the gated community where I live started getting very heated calls from a woman they said was very rude impersonating me and demanding that her guests only be let into the gates of my private community but also to be let into my house. During this time I was in Switzerland terrified that these strangers were going to break into my home and steal everything.

"When she was not allowed past the security gate or into my home she started writing extremely rude messages to my assistant Angie Enos again impersonating and pretending to be me and demanding that Angie wire $50k into her account. At this point my assistant knows that I would never speak to her in such a rude way so she contacted me over the phone to ask if I had asked for the wire and I said no. Then because this woman could not get the wire from my assistant she targeted my parents and wrote my mother very rude messages demanding that she take out $50k in cash to be sent to her from my mothers account. My mom then contacted me to ask if it was me because she knew that I would never be asking for money from her. The defendant then again using my private email account started writing several of my friends asking them to send private photos of us together and other personal questions all the while my friends are thinking it is me asking since this is all being written from my personal email account. It was never ending. This was so stressful.

"Then we discovered from the Roosevelt Hotel that the defendant impersonated me once again and booked the penthouse suite at the hotel to throw a New Year's Eve party ordering tens of thousands of dollars of champagne on my credit card. Also being extremely rude to the staff at the hotel. Also using my credit card to go buy watches and other expensive items. The defendant also used my identity and credit card information at the Mr. C Hotel in Beverly Hills spending on my credit card for room and personal entertainment. Now it has made me very scared, terrified and traumatized. This has impacted me in so many ways. I am constantly looking over my shoulder and even scared to walk into my home alone fearful that this woman or her boyfriend or other dangerous friends are inside there waiting to hurt me or steal from me.

"This woman targeted me in such a way that I will never forget or get over it. I feel so incredibly violated. She was trying to get all my user names and passwords for every single one of my email and bank accounts. She took over my life and identity. She tried to shake me up for money. It was all so unbelievable and crazy that it truly seemed like something out of a movie. I have a very busy schedule and was supposed to be out of town today but I rescheduled my trip just to be here because I wanted you, your honor, to know and understand just how much this truly affected me and what a serious crime this is.

"I have been violated so many times in my life and I am sick and tired of just brushing it under the rug and not standing up for myself. I want the defendant and any other hackers out their who are planning to target me or anyone else that this is wrong, highly illegal and a serious crime and it will not be tolerated and if they attempt again then they will be punished for their despicable actions. No one should ever have to go through this or made to feel this way and I hope by being here today it will help make a difference and make people think twice before they attempt or try to do such deplorable things to another person and hopefully put a stop to this. Thank you, your honor."

Johnny Depp Accused Of MORE Bad Behavior — Star Allegedly Attacked Crew Member On Movie Set!

WTF is going on with Johnny Depp??

First we were shocked to hear the accusations of domestic abuse from Amber Heard. Then his former manager claimed in court documents he was spending a literal fortune on wine.

Now from the film set of his latest film, we have an accusation that seems to involve aspects of both: an insider on the set of Depp's new film tells Page Six he assaulted a crew member after drinking all day.

LAbyrinth, a film about the Biggie Smalls murder investigation, had shut down a street in downtown El Lay for filming -- a very costly process -- when Depp allegedly "took over directing" and the set became "toxic."

The insider claims:

"Johnny's friends were in the scene, and it just turned into way more than it should have been."

Apparently the star had cast two friends as a cop and a homeless man (Depp is playing real-life detective Russell Poole) and wanted to keep rolling well past when the filming permit had lapsed.

After time could no longer be extended, the insider says a location manager told director Brad Furman they absolutely had to shut down:

"Brad interjected, 'Tell that to Johnny Depp!'"

The location manager did just that, confronting the star who had allegedly been "smoking and drinking all day on set" and telling him:

"This is the last shot."

That's when the insider says Depp got right in the crew member's face, yelling:

"Who are you? You have no right!"

When he responded he was just doing his job, Johnny reportedly took a swing at him.

According to the insider, he either didn't make contact or did but very gently. So it's unclear if he meant to hit him for real.

The source does say Johnny yelled:

"I'll give you $100,000 to punch me right now!"

The crew member apparently just stood there -- what else could he do? -- until Depp was pulled away.

Furman released a statement defending his star, saying:

"Johnny Depp is a consummate professional, great collaborator and a supporter of other artists. He always treats the crew and people around him with the utmost respect. Movies can be stressful, and nonevents often become exaggerated. We all love stories — there isn't one here."

Right. Fistfights and day drinking. Totally normal work stuff.

School Mural Depicting Donald Trump's Severed Head Sparks Controversy

A Chula Vista school mural that depicts Donald Trump's severed head has received a number of complaints, prompting school officials to release a statement.

In late April, at a scholarship fundraiser called "Battlegroundz," students and invited artists painted murals in an alley behind MAAC Community Charter School to promote urban art.

In one portion of the panorama, artist Sasha Andrade painted the President's decapitated head with a spear impaling his mouth. Not surprisingly, the image sparked controversy.

According to a statement from school director Tommy Ramirez obtained by the San Diego Union-Tribune, Andrade has agreed to change the artwork.

"We understand that there was a mural painted at the event this past weekend that does not align with our school's philosophy of non-violence... We have been in communication with the artist — who has agreed to modify the artwork — to better align with the school's philosophy."

On Friday, the controversial project was covered up with a piece of plywood, as a vehicle parked in front of it.

Although school officials said Andrade was willing to alter her work, her May 2 post on Instagram suggested otherwise.

Last week, the school -- which has around 300 students -- released the following statement on the matter:

"Our school has a focus on critical thinking; our students learn their academic curriculum by examining current issues... We expect that this, and other murals, will give cause for conversation among our student population and are ready to help them reflect on it and formulate their own opinions about its message and implications."

Trump is NOT going to be happy about this!

Jana Kramer continues to open up about struggles she's faced in life and her relationship.

As you know, the country singer is still overcoming the aftermath of her ex Mike Caussin's sex addiction and multiple infidelities -- and now, the 34-year-old is getting real about her decision to reveal that she's suffered multiple miscarriages.

Speaking to Us Weekly, the Whine Down podcast host admitted that she initially "posted and deleted" before ultimately choosing to hopefully help other women going through the same thing.

She told the outlet:

"My body just went through so many hormonal changes and I was like, 'There are so many women that feel this way way right now and they feel alone too.'"

That's so true! Jana went on to describe her experience:

"It's frustrating, but what I've realized is, it's truly a miracle to have a baby and it's all in God's timing and hands. If it's meant to be, it will be."

And fortunately, she has her little angel Jolie to spend Mother's Day with in Nashville:

"I miss Nashville. So I'm gonna go home and be with my girls and we're gonna do a spa day and take Jolie to this really pretty park and have a picnic. I'm excited."

Yay! Sounds so fun.

Get Ready To Weep Again — James Gunn Has Another Heartbreaking Groot Reveal!

Why does James Gunn want to make us cry? WHO HURT YOU, JAMES???

As if the Guardians of the Galaxy movies didn't have enough tearjerking moments, the writer-director has to occasionally reiterate points to the audience to make them cry even more.

For instance, fans were happy to believe Groot, who sacrificed himself at the end of the original film, was alive again as Baby Groot -- until Gunn crushed that quantum of solace by explaining OG Groot is completely gone and Baby Groot is more akin to his son, since it's how his tree race reproduces.

Now he has a reveal about a Teen Groot moment in Avengers: Infinity War that will make you cry all over again...

[SERIOUSLY, SPOILERS AHEAD!!!]

If you're still reading this, you better know by now the shocking ending of Infinity War in which Thanos gets all the stones, snaps his fingers, and makes half of all living beings disappear into dust in front of their loved ones' eyes.

One of the saddest of these deaths is Rocket having to lose Groot all over again.

When he dissolves, Teen Groot says one last thing to the irascible raccoon who raised him from a twig:

"I am Groot."

Because that's how everything he says sounds! But what was he actually saying? A fan had to ask James Gunn, who tweeted:

When he saw the tsunami of tears after a few hours, Gunn tweeted:

Not everyone was sad; some people didn't even believe him! They thought he was just trying to upset people for fun!

But he assures fans it was always in the script. In fact, we hear Rocket responded in one version, actually saying the words:

"He called me 'Dad.'"

So the audience would have known. But paired with just having lost Black Panther and being about to very slowly lose the new Spider-Man... Well, it was just too much.
