Hilary Duff's Epic Rant Against 'Asshole Neighbor' Violated Instagram Policy!

Forget Dieter Addison! Hilary Duff is now beefing with Instagram!

As we reported, the Younger star went on an epic rant against her apartment mate because he allegedly smokes "cigarettes and weed all night long."

On the contrary, the "asshole neighbor" says he does NOT smoke marijuana, and lives with a sober companion.

According to The Blast on Thursday, the Lizzie McGuire actress had some of her content removed for "violating [Instagram's] policies."

The mother apparently defied IG Terms of Service rule #6 which deals with bullying, defaming, and harassing:

"You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person's credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses."

In the videos, Duff shared Dieter's name and Insta account.

Addison says he's been getting "a lot of hate mail and threats," and may file a restraining order against Duff and her boyfriend Matthew Koma, who he accused of attacking him. (Duff and Koma deny the allegations.)

To make matters worse, Duff's social media infraction could potentially be used against her if Dieter takes her to court.

Love thy neighbor? Not in this case!

Meghan Markle Was 'Hysterical' Over Dad's Paparazzi Pics But Is 'Devastated' He Can't Attend Royal Wedding

It's been an emotional journey for Meghan Markle.

As we reported, after dad Thomas Markle was caught staging paparazzi photos with help from Samantha Markle, he said he would not attend Meghan's wedding to Prince Harry out of embarrassment.

Though he changed his mind, the former Suits star's father is officially not heading to England because of recent heart surgery.

According to an US Weekly report published on Thursday, Meghan "was hysterical when the photos leaked" but is "devastated" that her dad will not be walking her down the aisle.

The insider revealed:

"She wanted him to come... She's so upset that his health isn't OK and she hates that he is so far away."

The source added:

"She has had a good relationship with him and was excited for him to come."

Despite the drama, Harry and Meghan are super stoked for their big day.

"Harry and Meghan are still very excited for Saturday... Meghan's mother, Doria [Ragland], is with her at Kensington Palace right now and her friends are here in town. Everyone is really excited for a magical and special day."

May 19 can't come soon enough!

Catfish Star Nev Schulman Was Kicked Out Of College For Allegedly Assaulting A Woman!

Nev Schulman's (alleged) past is coming back to haunt him.

As we reported, MTV has temporarily suspended production on Catfish: The TV Show due to sexual misconduct claims made against the show's host.

That same day, the married 33-year-old filmmaker released a statement, saying the "claims are false."

Allegedly, this isn't the first time Schulman has been embroiled in controversy.

Back in 2006, he was expelled from Sarah Lawrence College for allegedly punching a woman at a school dance.

According to a 2014 Vulture piece, the female in question accused Nev of "taking pictures of queer couples dancing and kissing without their permission." That's when the alleged confrontation occurred:

"I confronted him, and asked him to stop taking pictures... I tapped his shoulder and he turned and hit me out of nowhere, I went down and he held me in a head lock and repeatedly punched me while I tried to get free... The impact broke my glasses and the rest of the night was a blur. I got off the floor, talked to police, then went home to sleep. When I woke up the next day, my face was bruised, I was hurt, and a friend urged me to go to the hospital, which I did."

The alleged victim did not file charges because she was advised "it would be a difficult case to win."

Schulman told Gawker in 2014 that he acted in "self-defense," and included the incident in his 2014 memoir, In Real Life: Love, Lies & Identity in the Digital Age. He wrote:

"While I was photographing, an individual who didn't like that I was taking pictures attempted to tackle me and smash my camera on the ground... Since the camera was attached to a strap around my neck, I found myself in a very unpleasant situation, much like a dog with a choke collar. In an effort to free myself, I punched the person and ran off; when I returned minutes later, I discovered that the short, stocky, crew-cut-styled individual that I'd fought with was a woman—a fact I hadn't been aware of in the heat of the moment. The next thing I knew, I'd been arrested.The case was dismissed almost immediately, but Sarah Lawrence took the opportunity to toss me out once and for all."

Offset Hospitalized After Car Crash!

According to TMZ, on Wednesday night in Atlanta, Offset was hospitalized after wrecking his green Dodge Challenger. The Migos rapper was eventually released on Thursday, and is expected to recover from his minor injuries.

Sources say fiancée Cardi B rushed to his side following the crash. On Thursday morning. the Bodak Yellow diva wrote the following love note to him on Twitter:

According to law enforcement, no cops or emergency medical workers were called to the scene, and no accident report was taken. It's unclear if another party was involved.

Was Meghan Markle's Sister LYING About That Car Crash????

On Wednesday we told you about the newest drama in Meghan Markle's life, her estranged half-sister's car accident.

Samantha Markle (also known as Samantha Grant) and boyfriend Mark Phillips had claimed they were cut off on the highway by a reckless photographer looking for a pic -- leading to a car crash into a concrete barrier.

But DailyMail.com reached out to the Florida Highway Patrol for deets and found... there were none.

The FHP searched all over for the evidence of the accident which allegedly happened "near a toll booth." Lieutenant Kim Montes explained:

"We checked by her name, we checked by his name and we didn't find any reports. So we don't know if this actually happened. We can't find any reports basically from all of central Florida. We can't find a report by name or a scenario that was similar to this."

If this did happen -- and at this point it's looking very suspect to police -- and Mark didn't file a report, he could be charged with a serious crime:

"Even if they hit a stationary property such as a wall under Florida law you are required to report that to law enforcement. If you didn't that's considered to be a hit and run."

This may be shocking, but we can't say it's completely unprecedented; after all Samantha already admitted to staging her father's fake paparazzi pics.

The case of Yanny vs. Laurel has finally been solved -- now, the internet has been faced with a new brain-busting audio recording dilemma that might actually make you want to rip your ears out.

Twitter account Tomango shared a video of a toy that's either saying "brainstorm" or "green needle." Like Yanny v. Laurel, one word is clearly heard over the other.

But this recording won't cause mass division, because the word you hear changes based on which one you're thinking about!

The clip was originally recorded as part of a toy review by YouTube DosmRider, who says it's technically saying "Brainstorm." But as we all learned this week, words are done following our rules.
