As we reported, on Tuesday, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania decided to release the 30-year-old rapper from prison, overruling Judge Genece Brinkley's widely criticized decision to keep him behind bars. That same day, Nicki Minaj's ex attended a basketball game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Miami Heat at the Wells Fargo Center where the musician got to ring the ceremonial pre-game bell. According to ET Online on Tuesday, the former Today co-anchor has been living in the Hamptons where he is in "bad shape" as he feels "he lost everything important in his life overnight." It seems unlikely that Lauer and Roque will reconcile, as she has reportedly already met with divorce lawyers.

According to a People report published on Tuesday, Kanye West has had explosive fights with Kris Jenner amid reports his advisors are "all worried about his current mental health." Last week, wife Kim Kardashian playfully trolled her husband's "Sometimes you have to get rid of everything" tweet by writing, "Wait...EVERYTHING?!?!?!" and even joked she was going to move in with Chrissy Teigen. The source believes this was the KUWTK star's way of trying to (unsuccessfully) control the situation.
However, a source close to the musician interpreted Kimmy's response as a way of "[saying] 'You guys are off,'" adding:
While the artist is "eccentric and erratic," the West insider believes Yeezy is just being Yeezy.
The West insider also claims Kanye is "sleeping very little" and "texting at all hours of the day or night," and has been exhausting to those around him.

| Meek Mill Is FINALLY Released From Prison! Read His First Tweets! Posted: 24 Apr 2018 02:37 PM PDT Meek Mill is officially a free man! The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania decided to release the 30-year-old rapper from prison on Tuesday, overruling Judge Genece Brinkley's widely criticized decision to keep him behind bars. Judge Brinkley denied Meek bail last week after prosecutors asked her to overturn his 2-4 year prison conviction because of a police corruption case involving Meek's arresting officer, Reginald Graham. Related: YouTuber Jake Paul Sued For $2.5 Million! Many were outraged by the judge's decision -- including, apparently, the justices of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, who released Meek with no bail, pending a hearing in about 60 days to possibly dismiss the conviction. The justices refused to dismiss Judge Brinkley from the case, but said she "may opt to remove herself from presiding over this matter." The All Eyez on You rapper is counting his blessings following his release after months of fighting to get out from behind bars. He shared on Twitter:

Meek's lawyer, Joe Tacopina -- who previously called out Judge Brinkley for allegedly making inappropriate comments, like asking the rapper for a shout-out on a song he was doing with Nicki Minaj, during court proceedings -- told TMZ that Meek was "unjustly convicted and should not have spent a single day in jail," adding:

| Smallville Actress & Alleged Sex Cult Leader Allison Mack Released On $5 Million Bail Bond Posted: 24 Apr 2018 02:23 PM PDT The case involving the alleged sex cult Nxivm continues. On Tuesday, Smallville actress Allison Mack appeared in Brooklyn Federal Court after she was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy, and conspiracy to commit forced labor last week. She was released on a $5 million bail bond and sentenced to house arrest. Related: Allison Mack Tried To Recruit Emma Watson & Kelly Clarkson As a measure of the bond, the 35-year-old will wear an electronic monitoring device and serve her house arrest sentence at her parents' home in Los Alamitos, California. Other court documents say Mack has tried to destroy emails, text messages, and other material connected with the case against her and Raniere -- so she has been instructed not to have any communication with anyone connected to the organization.
