| Ready Player One Wins The Box Office By Bringing In One Of Easter Weekend's Biggest Openings EVER! Posted: 01 Apr 2018 03:45 PM PDT This weekend was a BIG one for Ready Player One, marking director Steven Spielberg's biggest opening in more than a decade! The Warner Bros. movie took in a nationwide $41.2 million over the Easter holiday weekend in its first full weekend out in theaters -- making it the Easter holiday's BIGGEST opening EVER for a non-sequel! Related: Melissa McCarthy Lost A Ton Of Weight For New Role Not only that, but when you include the four-day totals from the longer weekend with last Thursday, since Ready Player One launched a day early, you get a grand four-day total of $53.2 million -- already much better than expected for the Spielberg flick! It isn't a moneymaker yet, of course -- the film's hefty production budget of $175 million before marketing will weigh it down for quite a while -- but it fared very well in theaters this weekend all things considered. Overseas, Ready Player One did more than $128 million in total -- including about $61.7 million from China alone -- to open to a grand total global debut of $181.2 million through the first weekend in total. WOW!!! That makes it Spielberg's biggest movie (and biggest domestic opening) since Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull took in an opening $100.1 million more than a decade ago. This also gives Ready Player One the second-biggest opening of the year so far behind Black Panther -- not bad company in which to find oneself!!! Falling in behind the popular new release this weekend were Tyler Perry's Acrimony, which took second place with just over $17 million at the box office. Another new release disappointed quite a bit -- religious-themed God's Not Dead 3 finished in twelfth at the box office this week, which was WAY below expectations, taking in just $2.6 million from 1,693 theaters nationwide. The famous Bridesmaids actress is turning in a very new direction with her next career project, a film coming out in October called Can You Ever Forgive Me?, and part of the difference comes in what we'll all see on screen: a much thinner Melissa! The talented actress is playing a down-and-out author who turns to crime to pay the bills in this movie (set to open on the 19th of October), and to make it happen for the part, McCarthy lost a whopping 75 pounds!!! | New Tell-All Book Reveals Meghan Markle Abruptly Ended Her First Marriage 'Out Of The Blue' Posted: 01 Apr 2018 01:59 PM PDT A new tell-all book is out detailing a LOT about the pre-royal family Meghan Markle, and the more the public finds out about her, the more controversy that seems to keep popping up in headlines all over the world! Author Andrew Morton -- Princes Diana's biographer, coincidentally -- has been releasing excerpts from his book Meghan, A Hollywood Princess, and this weekend, The Sunday Times picked up a damning section that details the end of Markle's first marriage! Related: Meghan Has Been Rocking Easter Sunday Style All Year Round! As you may know, Meghan married Hollywood producer Trevor Engelson back in 2011, but when her career started to take off with Suits less than two years later, things change VERY quickly. Morton writes in the excerpt that Meghan and Trevor thought "the sacrifice was going to be worth it" with their two busy schedules, but very quickly after tying the knot, things turned sour -- for Meghan. That's right! According to the excerpt, the looming end of the marriage was "totally out of the blue" for poor Trevor, who never saw it coming, per the book and Morton's sources. The author continues, describing Trevor's changed emotions and Meghan's quick separation (below):

Kate Middleton is very much pregnant, and weeks (or maybe days!!) away from her due date to bring her third child into the world, but that didn't stop her from making a surprise public appearance on Sunday morning at an Easter Service in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle! The Duchess of Cambridge, who is due later this month, stood proudly alongside Prince William for the Easter Service, as you can see (above)! The happy couple arrived there for the service to join much of the royal family, including William's grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, although 96-year-old Prince Philip was absent, at least from public view. Kate sported a black Catherine Walker coat for the event, and looked stunning and sophisticated with the help of some sparkling Balenciaga earrings, a pair of nude pumps, and a black Lock & Co Betty Boop hat.
