Mark Salling's Victims Will Probably Never Receive Restitution Payments Now That He's Dead

While those close to him are still reeling from news of his suicide, Mark Salling apparently left his victims high and dry in terms of seeking justice, because it appears they may never get the restitution payments that were due to them surrounding his child pornography case.

The former Glee actor was found dead in a relatively remote area on the north side of Los Angeles on Tuesday, the result of an apparent suicide.

And now, all the legal issues he went through -- the child pornography arrest, the trial, the guilty plea, and what would have been the sentencing in March -- all come to a screeching halt.

A source pretty much confirmed to Us Weekly the exact thing we reported earlier this morning about the legal issues behind a series of $50,000 payments Salling was supposed to have made to his victims for restitution, and it sure sounds like that's not going to happen now after his suicide.

The source said (below):

"Restitution would be a part of his sentence. The amount of the restitution is determined by the sentencing judge … He will not be sentenced. Therefore there will be no restitution order. Therefore I doubt that there is anything to take to civil court. Any restitution order would be allocated among multiple known victims."

Even when you consider Salling's estate left behind after his death, it sounds like because the sentencing itself didn't take place before the suicide, it may be legally impossible to go back and impose a sentence after Salling's death, since, well, there'd be no one to serve the punishment.

Salling was likely facing between four and seven years in prison, in addition to his restitution, because of his guilty plea.

The source continued (below):

"The amount allocated to each would be different based upon, for example, therapy expenses they have incurred. No such order has been entered. I am unclear as to how anyone feels that they could go into court to enforce an order which has not been entered. I'm not saying that there isn't some lawyer out there willing to file suit on behalf of someone claiming to be a victim. But I am saying, that there is no order to be enforced, for $50,000 or any other amount on behalf of anyone."

Wow.

Money isn't everything, but it was to be another part of some sort of justice for those victimized by Salling -- and now, it appears that won't happen.

Of course, it turns out Salling does have some serious cash on hand that could be doled out... if victims want to go to court and fight for it on their own, without the help of the sentencing process that will now never happen.

Sad.

Kate Upton Accuses Guess Co-Founder Paul Marciano Of 'Sexually And Emotionally' Harassing Women

Another serious accusation in the ever-growing #MeToo movement around sexual harassment and sexual misconduct, and this time, it comes against Guess co-founder Paul Marciano.

The 65-year-old was accused publicly on social media on Wednesday by Kate Upton, who called him out on Twitter, and then again on Instagram, to voice her displeasure with the "sexual and emotional" harassment allegedly suffered at Marciano's hands.

Upton was a celebrity spokesmodel for Guess beginning in 2011, obviously working with Marciano along the way during her time with the iconic company.

She opened up the allegations on Twitter just a few hours ago, writing (below):

Wendy Williams May Face A Lawsuit — Or A Peep Show — For Saying Stormy Daniels' Vagina Is 'Worn Out'

Wendy Williams sure knows how to cause a stir and get under people's skin (or in this case, under people's lips...?) because Stormy Daniels is PISSED and considering a defamation suit over a quip Wendy made today about the porn star's lady bits!

It all started earlier today on the Wendy Williams Show when the host herself took a look back at last night's State Of The Union address by President Donald Trump.

But in true Wendy fashion, it wasn't about the politics -- it was about the gossip, silly!

Wendy went after both Donald and Melania Trump for the SOTU and other recent controversies before eventually making her way to Stormy Daniels, the porn star's appearance on late night TV with Jimmy Kimmel, and that reported non-disclosure agreement that's apparently preventing Daniels from dishing about The Donald.

And that's when it happened -- Wendy alleged on air that Stormy was "all worn out down below."

Uh-oh. Don't go after a porn star's hoo-ha without expecting consequences!

Stormy went on the war path this afternoon, threatening to sue Wendy for defamation over the comment about her cooch, and adding to TMZ (below):

"My vagina is a well trained beautiful athlete that would not have the longest running contract in porn history if she were ugly."

Whether or not that's true, that has to be one of the greatest quotes of all time! Ha!!

And instead of a lawsuit, Stormy hinted she's also down to drop her drawers and show Wendy exactly what she's working with -- so Wendy herself can judge whether or not it's beautiful!

Seriously, though... defamation suits are pretty hard to prove, and Stormy has a lot on her plate right now, so maybe she won't end up pursuing this. We'll see. For now, the threat stands.

Wendy will probably respond tomorrow morning on her show!!

Kylie Jenner Is Spending A LOT Of Nights At Kris Jenner's House 'Anxious' For Childbirth

It appears to be a pretty lonely time right now for Kylie Jenner, unfortunately.

The KUWTK star -- who, as we've been covering for months, is reportedly pregnant and due in just a few weeks' time -- is apparently spending a ton of time at Kris Jenner's house, even sleeping nights there and dealing with anxiety around childbirth and the fact that she doesn't have a nanny yet.

Travis Scott's purported baby momma has been more or less alone there with Kris considering the rapper isn't around much due to his touring schedule, and a source says that it doesn't sound like things will change much in the future.

Speaking to People about the situation, an insider revealed that "Kylie sleeps at Kris' house a lot," despite having gone to look for real estate and making some changes to account for her growing family recently.

Worse yet, according to the source, things are still moving SUPER slowly between Kylie and Travis (below):

"They have no plans to get married, or even engaged. Kylie expects to rely mostly on her family for help and she seems fine with that."

Hey, having a child without being married is fine -- just make sure you know what you're signing up for, especially if Travis is M.I.A. often due to music and other, um, issues!!!

It's probably pretty natural for Kylie to want to withdraw to Kris' house for the last few weeks of this apparent pregnancy, especially considering how secretive the fam has been about this in the first place.

Let's just hope Kylie is in a good mental state for the birth, and has plenty of support from her sisters throughout!!!

Mark Salling 'Distanced Himself' From Loved Ones & Tried To Fight His Demons 'Ultimately Alone' Before His Apparent Suicide

Mark Salling kept his demons to himself in the time leading up to his apparent suicide.

Sources close to the troubled actor said that before his death on Tuesday, which came a month away from facing sentencing after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography, the Glee alum "distanced himself very much from the friends he was closest to."

One insider claimed that most of Salling's friends thought he was "troubled and tormented" but weren't aware of how bad his demons were, telling ET:

"He had a very mysterious side. I felt like I didn't completely know who he was. He enjoyed visiting family in Texas and saw his trips back home as an escape from L.A. and the Hollywood scene."

In addition to visiting his family, the source added that "he would often have friends over to his home in Sunland, [California]" before he was arrested in December 29, 2015.

But after federal investigators found more than 25,000 images and 600 videos depicting child pornography on computers and thumb drives belonging to him, Salling allegedly turned away from his loved ones and only grew more distant.

A Salling family source told People:

"In the last few years, we had very little contact. When you're living against your own morals or what you know to be right, you tend to avoid people who will hold up mirrors."

Though Salling's "actual" loved ones were "absolutely shocked" by the discovery of his perversions, the family source said his fatal mistake was keeping those demons to himself, continuing:

"The problem doesn't live in the existence of demons or pain or sexual appetites that began to skew as time went on. The inherent problem is that he did not seek help or have someone close enough to him willing to call it out."

While he may have stayed withdrawn, Salling did spend time in recent years at a wildlife rehab center writing music, which, the source said, gave some "comfort" after losing his career:

"As he continued to fight his demons — ultimately alone — there was some comfort there… I don't believe he ever intended harm … but I do believe he was really sick and it severely clouded his judgement, which kept him living in an alternate reality."

It devastates us that refusing help from others was the actor's ultimate demise.

A sliver of good news in this tragedy, however, has developed for the victims in Salling's child porn case who have to sue to get the money he agreed to pay them.

According to TMZ, Salling set up a corporation in 2009 to collect his income from the entertainment business. As of December 2017, the value of this business was reported to be $1.971. His father is listed as the manager.

That's a huge sigh of relief for the victims who Salling agreed to pay $50k each in restitution. They still have to file suit against the late actor's estate, but at least there's enough money to go around.

A People source shared Khloé can't get enough of the two-week-old:

"She is obsessed with baby Chi and visits every day."

In just a couple of months, she'll have a newborn of her own to coddle over! And with Koko hitting the seven-month mark, thankfully it's said she "is doing great":

"She can't wait to be a mom. She is excited about being pregnant, but can't wait to meet her baby. She is also excited about her upcoming baby shower."

Maybe it'll be blue themed as it's rumored she and Tristan Thompson are expecting a boy??

It's hard to say when there aren't many details out yet, but for now, the 33-year-old can enjoy the rest of her third trimester while surrounded by her large family:

"She loves living in Cleveland, but is excited about being back in L.A. with her family. She is spending time with [mom Kris Jenner] and her sisters."

Now, if only someone would spill the tea about Kylie Jenner's pregnancy...

Susan, who was in town for her granddaughter's gymnastics competition and her daughter's birthday, told the Boston Globe of the unreal moment at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel:

"I swear. I felt like I was hugged by an angel. I think it's hysterical. Strange things happen to me."

At first, she couldn't place the power couple but as soon as she saw Beyoncé... she knew:

"I'm thinking in my mind, 'Who is this?' And I looked at him and he looked tall and thin and had curly hair and was really good-looking. I was like, 'Oh my God!' I looked at [Beyonce] and all I could think was, 'No one is going to believe me.'"

Susan then said the Lemonade songstress flashed her a smile and said:

"Don't worry, it's going to be OK."

As for the pic popping up on social media, Suz -- yes, we gave her a nickname -- said:

"I think she posted it for me. So people would believe me."

AWWW, that sounds like something the Queen would do. Blessings.
