Former Charles In Charge sitcom star Nicole Eggert came out on Twitter a few hours ago to accuse former co-star Scott Baio of an unspecified sexual impropriety against her during filming while she was just 14 years old. Wow. And Eggert wasn't shy about backing it up, either. When one user accused her of trying to score political points with the accusation, she responded to that (below):

| Three More Women Have Come Forward With Sexual Misconduct Allegations Against Jeremy Piven Posted: 27 Jan 2018 03:51 PM PST Several months ago, five women accused actor Jeremy Piven of various forms of sexual misconduct -- and this weekend, in a bombshell new report at BuzzFeed News, three more women have come forward with brand new allegations of sexual misconduct and impropriety. The claims of the three women date back decades, with allegations of inappropriate behavior and more against the former Entourage star. Related: Brigitte Nielsen Slams Sexual Assault Allegations Against Sylvester Stallone In addition to the women themselves, BuzzFeed spoke to a total of eight other people who all variously confirmed that the women had shared their stories with them at the time, or in the years since, well before these stories had gone to print. That means now eight total women have come forward publicly to accuse Piven of sexual misconduct. Piven's lawyers have vehemently denied the claims outlined in this new article -- just as they did in November -- calling them "works of fiction," and adding that the stories are "conjured up in an opportunistic effort to capitalize on the current media storm in order to obtain attention and/or money." The Las Vegas casino mogul -- who is currently facing down some serious sexual misconduct allegations -- has resigned from his position as finance chairman of the Republican National Committee, according to reports coming out on Saturday afternoon. Wynn, pictured above with his wife Andrea, had long been a prolific Republican donor and financial backer before agreeing to take on the powerful position of RNC Finance Chair in addition to his casino interests in Vegas. RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said on Saturday in a pre-prepared statement that she had accepted Wynn's resignation, effective immediately, and that is that. Of course, the horror isn't over for the multiple women that have accused Wynn of sexual harassment, misconduct, and in some cases outright assault. Posted: 27 Jan 2018 10:57 AM PST Controversial Fox News pundit Sean Hannity tweeted something weird late Friday night, after which his entire account disappeared for a few hours. The whole episode sent conservative Twitter users into a tizzy blaming Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton, and Robert Mueller, and whoever else it is those crazy conspiracy theorists tend to blame whenever shit happens. | Scientists Are Creating An Edible Banana Peel! That's BANANAS!!! Posted: 27 Jan 2018 09:49 AM PST Say goodbye to wasting the banana peel!! Scientists in Japan are busy at work making an edible banana peel -- which means you no longer have to toss out the peel when you get done eating your favorite fruit!! And we're not really sure how to feel about this! LOLz!! Related: This Cat Probably Won't Be Eating One! Japanese agricultural research company D&T Farm has been hard at work on what they call the Mongee banana, growing them in a very precise low-temperature setting so as to produce a very thin, edible peel. Their method for growing the new Mongee bananas is to literally keep them in an environment at -75 degrees (seriously) and "freeze thaw" them to mimic Earth's cold climate of 20,000 years ago when plants had to grow very rapidly. Doing so produces a very thin, and apparently very edible, banana peel as a case around the delicious fruit, meaning you can apparently eat it all... and leave nothing behind. For reference, it takes a normal banana plant about two years to grow to full maturity, while the Mongee banana plants can get there in four months. Well that's something!!! Thoughts???
