| Caitlyn Jenner's Dog Goes Missing After SoCal Winds Tear Roof Off House! Posted: 07 Dec 2017 07:47 PM PST What a terrifying experience for Caitlyn Jenner and her dog Bertha! On Wednesday night, the former I Am Cait star returned home from dinner, and immediately noticed that the majority of her roof was sheared off. According to Deadline, the wreckage was found in her pool, and around parts of her property. Although the transgender icon's Malibu residence is not affected by the horrible wildfires plaguing Southern California, it is impacted by 60 mph-plus winds that have been fanning the flames in Ventura County. The Olympian was forced to stay the night with family. The next day, Jenner called a crew to remove the debris, fearful that Bertha was underneath. When the workers arrived, one of them said he saw a dog as he traveled up the hill. When Caitlyn went down, she found Bertha safe and sound! We're just glad this story ends on a high note! | Bryan Singer Sued For Allegedly Raping 17-Year-Old Boy! Posted: 07 Dec 2017 06:03 PM PST Rough month for Bryan Singer... According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the director -- who is no longer working on the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody -- is being sued by Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, who claims the filmmaker raped him on a yacht in Seattle when the alleged victim was only 17 years old. In the lawsuit, the plaintiff says Singer offered to take him on a tour of the boat, owned by tech investor Lester Waters. Reportedly, the two were at a party with several gay young men. It's said that when they entered one of the rooms, Singer allegedly thrusted his body onto Guzman, forced him to the floor, and shoved the then-minor's face against his crotch, demanding oral sex. Video: Tom Cruise Responds To Rumors He Wore Butt Pads In Valkyrie Then, Singer allegedly pulled out his penis, smacked Guzman's face with it, and forced it into his mouth. Although the alleged victim pleaded with him to stop, Singer allegedly wouldn't and caused him to choke. After Singer allegedly performed oral sex on Guzman, the director is said to have penetrated the minor despite his pleas. After the incident, Singer allegedly told Guzman he was a powerful Hollywood producer who would help him get into acting as long as he stayed silent. Additionally, Bryan allegedly told him no one would believe him if he went public with the story, and he could hire people to ruin his reputation. Because of the alleged incident, Guzman says he suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical and mental pain. In an interesting twist of events, the suit was filed by Jeff Herman, who represented fellow Singer accuser Michael Egan in 2014. Singer's rep points out:
After the 2014 lawsuit was dismissed, Herman issued an apology saying he "participated in making what I now know to be untrue and proveably false allegations against you. We guess Donald Trump Jr. never heard that one. When Al Franken announced this morning that he would be resigning from the Senate over his sexual harassment allegations, the son of Donald Trump (and chip off the old cell block) just couldn't hide his giddiness at the fall of a politician on the other side of the aisle. Posted: 07 Dec 2017 04:58 PM PST Warning: Disturbing Imagery Ahead On Wednesday, Australian model Lucy McIntosh posted a shocking photo on social media of her face covered in blood. In the caption, she says boyfriend and nightclub entrepreneur Mark Houston broke her nose and fractured her face. That same day, she says she met with Detective Christina Strollo of the LAPD. However, Houston says it's all BS! On the same day she posted the bloody pic, he filed a lawsuit with Los Angeles Superior Court accusing McIntosh of extortion, fraud, defamation, interference with prospective economic advantage, and theft. He is seeking unspecified damages. According to SFV Media, Houston dated the model in 2016 and allowed her to live in his home rent-free because she had previously been in a relationship with an unnamed "successful musician" who was "sexually abusive." In September of this year, McIntosh allegedly sent Houston pics of her "bloodied face" and said he had "done this to her." She also allegedly sent the snaps to others, claiming Houston "sucker-punched" her. It is unclear if this pic is the same one Lucy posted on Wednesday. Allegedly, the model -- who was once in a relationship with Russell Simmons -- demanded via text that Houston give her a substantial amount of money or else she will go to the police. Later, Lucy's attorney allegedly asked Houston for $657,900. Even though Houston reportedly has security footage of Lucy "looking flawless," he apparently agreed to pay $9,000 for surgery. Well, the latest reminder of how out of touch the bazillionaire and his family are with the blue collar American workers they pretend to represent comes from Melania Trump. Now Stephen is ALREADY claiming the former Spice Girl broke their carefully brokered deal! According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the artist formerly known as Scary is being accused of being late on her November spousal support payment and not allowing him access to their old family home. Regarding the home, she says it's Stephen's fault for just showing up without calling ahead -- which is totally rude. That accuser is Woody Allen's daughter Dylan Farrow, who called out Hollywood stars for continuing to work with the iconic filmmaker despite her longstanding allegation that he molested her as a child in 1992. Related: Harvey Weinstein Accused Of Racketeering To Cover Up Assaults In an op-ed for the Los Angeles Times, Dylan blasted stars like Kate Winslet, Blake Lively, and Greta Gerwig for condemning the actions of Harvey Weinstein while keeping silent about the claims surrounding the Annie Hall director, whom they have all worked with over the past few years. In the piece titled Why Has The #MeToo Revolution Spared Woody Allen?, the subject's adopted daughter wrote:
Allen has repeatedly denied Dylan's allegations, suggesting that her mother Mia Farrow planted false memories in her brain out of bitterness (claims that Dylan denies). The allegations were investigated by sex-abuse experts at Yale-New Haven Hospital and no charges were ever filed.
