| There's A Problem With Sarah Hyland's CVS Rant… Posted: 20 Dec 2017 07:09 PM PST Sarah Hyland vs. CVS! As we reported, on Monday, the Modern Family star put the retail and health care company ON BLAST after they reportedly failed to notify her about her medication before closing time. Related: Sarah & Wells Adams Decorate Their First Food-Themed Christmas Tree! The 27-year-old even accuses the store of incorrectly putting their hours of operation on the Internet. Additionally, the hours listed (above) are for the general store. According to the website, the pharmacy -- what Sarah needs -- closes at 9 p.m. on the weekdays, and 6:00 p.m. on the weekends. (SEE HERE) Even with this information, the company still (reportedly) didn't notify the actress about her meds when they (reportedly) said they would. On Wednesday, Hyland revealed in a video that someone from the company called her to smooth things out. Oh, and she has a special message for her haters. WATCH (below):

| Judge Dismisses Wade Robson's 2016 Molestation Lawsuit Against Michael Jackson Posted: 20 Dec 2017 02:01 PM PST Dismissed once again... As we reported, in September 2016, choreographer Wade Robson filed a new lawsuit against two of Michael Jackson's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- which he claims "designed, developed and operated what is likely the most sophisticated public child sexual abuse procurement and facilitation organization the world has known." Since 2013, the So You Think You Can Dance star has accused the musician of abusing him for years, starting when he was just seven years old. Related: Michael Prank Called Russell Crowe For TWO YEARS?! On Wednesday, a judge dismissed Robson's lawsuit claiming the two businesses are not liable for Jackson's alleged actions. He did not, however, rule on the merit of the claims. According to the New York Daily News, Judge Mitchell Beckloff said:
