Nelly's Rape Investigation Has Officially Been Closed — And Now He's Going To Sue His Accuser!

Nelly is officially clear of those rape charges.

Two months after his accuser dropped her case and refused to testify, the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has confirmed the end of their investigation.

And since the rapper was cleared of any wrongdoing, he's ready to completely put this behind him.

Nah, we're just kidding. He's about to sue!

According to his attorney, Scott Rosenblum, Nelly is planning a lawsuit because he was "a victim of deceitful allegation devoid of credibility."

See the full statement provided to Entertainment Tonight, which also takes pains to also note that, yes, Nelly is a supporter of the #MeToo movement (below):

"The formal close of the investigation into the false allegations made against Nelly is of course welcome -- however expected. We were confident, that what our investigation revealed from the outset of this allegation would ultimately be clear and Nelly would be vindicated. A thorough investigation did show Nelly was a victim of deceitful allegation devoid of credibility. Credible evidence did show this accuser to be deceptive. We have been in constant communication with the King County authorities and welcomed and appreciated the diligence in which the authorities proceeded. Leaving no stone unturned.

Nelly recognizes the need for women who are victims of sexual assault of any kind to be heard and our existing systems changed. Nelly supports various women's advocacy groups that deal with Sexual Assault, and violence against women and is dedicated to raising awareness and furthering the conversation to bring about necessary changes. However,this type of reckless false allegation cannot be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault.

Nelly has suffered very real damage to his reputation. He has incurred economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation."

Two More Actresses Revealed As Part Of Alleged Sex Cult With Chloe From Smallville — And One Is Speaking Out!

Yet another TV star has been reportedly identified as a member of what people are calling an abusive sex cult.

DOS, which stands for "dominus obsequious sororium" -- Latin for "master of slave women," -- is supposedly the secret inner circle of self-help group NXIVM.

According to reports from members who have escaped, the organization gets women to become slaves who must get branded with a symbol which combines the initials K.R. and A.M. -- presumably for cofounder Keith Raniere and -- as we heard shockingly last month -- actress Allison Mack from Smallville.

Now Nicki Clyne, who played Cally on Battlestar Galactica, has been identified by The Sun as another high profile member of the "sorority," which also requires women to submit nude or pornographic photos of themselves for "collateral" in case they try to leave.

The actresses, with their big fan followings and unthreatening demeanors, are allegedly used as recruiters for NXIVM, which after a few years, invites women in to DOS.

This all may sound crazy. But actress Sarah Edmondson, whose voice you may have heard in My Little Pony among many other projects, has recently come forward as a witness in a complaint to the New York State Department Of Health.

She told ABC News she was a member of NXIVM for over a decade, going to 5-day seminars called "Intensives" since 2005:

"I left my five-day, my initial training as if a veil had been lifted. And I could see things more clearly in my life."

Edmondson says in March she was approached to join the secret sorority for which she would be getting a tattoo.

She says she was one of five women inducted that night:

"[A woman] led us in blindfolded and sat us in a semicircle... buck naked, no clothes, on a sheepskin rug... Could that be any weirder? And we were all, 'My goodness, what's going on here? This is so weird!'"

That's when they found out they weren't getting a tattoo but a brand burned into their pubic area. Surprisingly, they all went through with it, despite the lack of anesthetic:

"The [first] woman on the table screamed out in pain, twisted and turned and yelled. And the woman I was with, holding her legs down, we looked at each other and we just wept."

When Edmondson got hers, she says the pain was "worse than childbirth."

"It was a horror movie. It was the most inhumane, horrific way to treat anybody. But the most horrific thing is that it's women doing it to women."

It's Dangerous To Sleep With Your Cell Phone?!

Um... should we not sleep HOLDING our phones then..?

The California Department of Public Health issued an unexpected warning on Thursday reminding people that -- though causation has not been definitely confirmed -- studies have suggested that long term cell phone use may be linked to:

-brain cancer
-lower sperm counts
-headaches and effects on learning and memory, hearing, behavior, and sleep.

The best suggestion for safety the CDPH has is to keep your phone at a distance, like using a headset while talking (check), setting the phone somewhere away from you while downloading or streaming (how does that work?), and carrying it in a bag rather than your pocket or inside your bra (yes, it really says that).

But the most surprising one to us was something we'd never even considered!

"Don't sleep with your phone in your bed or near your head. Unless the phone is off or in airplane mode, keep it at least a few feet away from your bed."

Um, what?

If you sleep with your phone inches away from your head like so many of us do, mayyyyybe time to rethink that.

Lisa Bloom Responds To Story Claiming Donald Trump Accusers Were Paid To Come Forward

This time, Lisa Bloom is the one being accused!

On Friday, The Hill published a shocking report claiming the women's rights lawyer "sought to arrange compensation from donors and tabloid media outlets for women who made or considered making sexual misconduct allegations against Donald Trump" towards the end of the 2016 presidential election.

According to the piece, written by John Solomon and Alison Spann:

"California lawyer Lisa Bloom's efforts included offering to sell alleged victims' stories to TV outlets in return for a commission for herself, arranging a donor to pay off one Trump accuser's mortgage and attempting to secure a six-figure payment for another woman who ultimately declined to come forward after being offered as much as $750,000... Bloom said her goal in securing money was not to pressure the women to come forward, but rather to help them relocate or arrange security if they felt unsafe during the waning days of a vitriolic election."

Reportedly, the aforementioned woman who declined to come forward decided to speak to the political website after Bloom momentarily advised Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

Additionally, she actually backed Trump during the 2016 election, and has no ill will towards him because he stopped making advances after she said no.

In addition to sending The Hill a lengthy statement, Bloom slammed the story on Twitter saying the "right wing" is simply trying to "undermine the brave Trump accusers." Gloria Allred's daughter also takes aim at writer Solomon who is known for "'weaponizing' stories about progressives like me to feed to Fox News."

Most importantly, Bloom highlights the fact that the article doesn't discredit "that the victims who came forward were telling the truth."

In response to the claim that donors offered money to the women, Bloom clarifies and says she began receiving offers after a Jane Doe Trump accuser canceled a November 2016 press conference because of death threats.

"Multiple donors then contacted me out of the blue with offers to ensure the safety of women who might still come forward. As an attorney I was obligated to relay those offers of funds for relocation to a safer community and round the clock security, and I was happy to do it."

Additionally, Bloom tells The Hollywood Reporter:

"This all happened 13 months ago... It's an effort to undermine the Trump accusers now that they are gaining momentum."

No, according to Kim Zolciak-Biermann, peace with NeNe Leakes is not in the Christmas cards -- this or any other year.

In case you forgot, it all started when Brielle Biermann said there were roaches at Leakes' home. The response was a little more than proportional as NeNe hit back with accusations of racism, even referencing the KKK.

Kim says that's a bridge too far, even for their consistently combative relationship:

"Nene and I have been on a roller coaster ride forever, but when you make comments that I'm part of the KKK, it's a little bit too far for me and my family and my husband. That's a little bit too far."

Zolciak-Biermann thinks the problem is NeNe needs someone "telling her to think before putting something out there" on social media.

Eminem Is Actually Serving 'Mom's Spaghetti' To Celebrate His New Album Release!

You calm and ready?

Good. Because Eminem is finally serving up a dish fans have been waiting over 15 years to scarf down: mom's spaghetti!

That's right, Perezious rabbits, Marshall Mathers will be cooking up the signature meal from his Oscar-winning song Lose Yourself to celebrate his ninth LP release Revival.

From Friday through Sunday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., the rapper will host a pop-up in Detroit at The Shelter Club to promote his album's release. The shop will feature the album, exclusive merch, and the famous spaghetti Em's character threw up in 8 Mile. Yum!

Sharing the menu on Twitter, he wrote:

Along with an emoji-filled caption that spells out "I miss you," the American Horror Story actress posted on Instagram:
