In a Page Six report published on Thursday, America's Next Top Model star Kelly Cutrone says Russell Simmons tried to rape her in 1991. According to The Hills alum, when she was 26, she bumped into the Def Jam co-founder at a party where he invited her to his apartment. Although she declined, she agreed to go with the mogul to his friend's place. Related: Louis C.K. Breaks His Silence: 'These Stories Are True' However, the People's Revolution founder believes Simmons actually took her back to his apartment, where the alleged assault occurred. Cutrone recalls:
After the alleged attack, the publicist immediately left the residence.
While Simmons has yet to directly address Cutrone's claims, he has responded to the numerous accusations against him by saying:
In addition to the New York Times and Los Angeles Times reports published on Wednesday, at least 12 women have publicly accused the music exec of sexual misconduct, with some claiming rape. Unfortunately for Simmons, the police are now officially involved. According to the LA Times, an unidentified NYPD spokesperson says authorities have opened an investigation against Simmons, and are in the initial stages of contacting alleged victims. At least seven accounts allegedly happened in New York. One of the women -- Sherri Hines -- says she was contacted by officials early Thursday. In the aforementioned LA Times piece, Hines says the author raped her in his office in 1983. Simmons' attorney, Brad Rose, says his client "fully supports and will cooperate with the police inquiry and is confident of a swift resolution." Despite the overwhelming amount of claims against him, Russell is doing everything in his power to clear his name. According to an image obtained by TMZ, on Wednesday, Kimora Lee Simmons' ex reportedly passed a lie detector test where, his team says, the results allegedly prove he did not assault accuser Keri Claussen Khalighi. In 1991, Khalighi says Simmons forced her to perform oral sex on him while director Brett Ratner sat and watched. Simmons' other attorneys, Michael Sterling and E. Carlos Tanner, say their client will continue to take polygraph tests to discredit claims made by four other women. In case you missed it, prior to the polygraph news, Russell teased on Instagram early Thursday that he will "properly defend [himself]" against Khalighi's claims. In a report published by the New York Daily News on Thursday, model Caron Bernstein is accusing infamous photographer Terry Richardson of rape during a 2003 photoshoot in New York. After being introduced through a mutual friend, Bernstein -- who appeared in the pages of Vogue and Harper's Bazaar -- was reportedly told she was doing a shoot for a fragrance called "Sex" for an editorial layout in V Magazine. Initially thinking "it was going to be a test shoot," the now-47-year-old was handed a pair of white panties, and was disallowed from powdering herself. Although she agreed to pose topless, she would "never walk in somewhere and agree to a sex act with a stranger. I've never done that in my entire life. Never in a million years." After the alleged incident, Caron grabbed her belongings, ran down the staircase crying, and went to a friend's nearby boutique. Richardson's lawyer Brad D. Rose says his client did nothing wrong as the encounter was "consensual."

| Matt Lauer's Alleged Secret Affair With Today Production Assistant Exposed! Read Her Story Here! Maybe to Matt Lauer it's not -- but one of the many women he reportedly manipulated thinks differently. Addie Zinone worked as a production assistant on NBC's Today back in 1999, where she expected to work toward her dream job of being an on-air journalist like Katie Couric. What she got instead was a string of confusing workplace hookups with the accused daytime philanderer that went on to negatively impact her career, as well as her mental health. Related: Katie Couric Breaks Silence On Lauer Scandal Recounting the tryst to Variety, Zinone said she forged strong bonds with Couric, Ann Curry, and Al Roker during her months running the news on Today, but remembers Lauer keeping more of a professional distance -- until she accepted a job in West Virginia. One morning on June 8, the then-24-year-old received a message from Lauer on the company's instant messaging system out of the blue. She says he wrote:
Zinone thanked the newly married 40-something man and told him about her new position as a local anchor on WDTV Channel 5. The two agreed to set up a day for lunch, where Zinone understood Lauer would give her career advice. But before they went out, Lauer stepped up his flirting game. One day when Zinone was wearing a skirt and heels, Lauer messaged her saying:
Zinone realized he was flirting, but still went to lunch with purely professional intentions. Though she didn't get the constructive advice she was looking for, apparently -- only confusing compliments and overwhelming flattery. At the end of the lunch, Lauer suggested they leave separately, something she'd never experienced before while dining with a Today colleague. After sending Lauer a message, he is said to have replied "meet me" right away. Lauer reportedly ignored Zinone's reminder that he had a wife and suggested the two meet in the studio dressing room. She agreed, and says the two had a consensual encounter. The two allegedly met several times over the next few weeks, and each encounter took its toll on the young woman. Zinone recalled just wanting to be professionally encouraged by the industry vet, but only received fleeting physical pleasure. After their last encounter in a bathroom at the 2000 Democratic National Convention in California, Zinone started her job anchoring the local news in her hometown. Just a few weeks into her new job, she recalled being approached by a reporter from the National Enquirer asking her about her relationship with Lauer. She told the reporter they were just friends, and later emailed Lauer about it -- she says he responded by completely ghosting her. Over the next decade, Zinone enlisted in the army and landed a job at Access Hollywood, but her history with Lauer went on to impact her career trajectory and her confidence. On Thursday, Camille Grammer announced on Instagram she has been diagnosed with skin cancer -- squamous cell carcinoma, the second most common form -- and underwent surgery to remove the growth.
