As we reported in February, Katherine Jackson accused her nephew/driver Trent Lamar Jackson of elder abuse, claiming she is living in a "constant state of fear and confusion." In response to these allegations, a judge granted Michael Jackson's mom's initial request for a restraining order, and ruled that Trent must move out of her home and return all passwords and keys to the property. Related: Paris Jackson Splits From Michael Snoddy! Fast forward to Tuesday, Trent won a major legal victory in his fight against the 86-year-old! According to legal expert Jill Stanley, the judge dismissed the matriarch's request for a temporary restraining order, and she cannot refile -- she can only seek a separate order if she has new evidence from a new incident. Trent's lawyers -- Philip Cohen and Ron Rale -- were not only responsible for Tuesday's success, they also persuaded the court that Mrs. Jackson had to come back to the US from London to testify. | How Chris Soules' Criminal Past Could Turn A Fatal Car Crash Into Murder Charges Posted: 25 Apr 2017 05:45 PM PDT Chris Soules' arrest Monday night isn't his first time getting in trouble with the law. And that could make his punishment this time around far worse. The former Bachelor star was originally charged with fleeing the scene of a fatal accident, a class D felony. But later on alcoholic beverage containers were found in his possession. Even for someone with a spotless record, driving under the influence could bring far greater consequences. But Chris doesn't have a clean record. Related: Read 'Devastated' Chris Soules' First Public Statement Following Crash He reportedly was busted for minor in possession of alcohol in 2001 (when he was 19-20 years old), for unlawful use of a license in 2002, and seven times for speeding between 2000-2012. He was even charged with leaving the scene of an accident once before in 2002, but that was later amended. But those violations pale in comparison to the bust that could damn him to a murder charge. As we previously reported, he's already been busted for a DUI (though it was called an OWI in Iowa) back in 2005. He got 60 days in jail, a year probation, and a fine of $500. Doesn't seem like much of a penalty to us. But it could change everything for him now. Legal expert Troy Slaten explained to E! News why:

Iowa State Patrol will have to determine Soules was drinking and driving first, which may be difficult due to him leaving the scene. Obviously, that may even have been why he fled. But in the aftermath of the nationwide search, there are still a lot of unanswered questions. | Ha! Breitbart Has Been Denied Permanent Congressional Press Credentials! Posted: 25 Apr 2017 03:34 PM PDT Kissing Donald Trump's ass will only get you so far! The Standing Committee of Correspondents, the panel that approves media credentials to cover Congress, just denied Breitbart permanent credentials! On Tuesday, the committee voted unanimously to table an application from the conservative news network and decided NOT to extend the site's temporary credentials past May 31. The committee has raised questions whether the site's editors are affiliated with advocacy groups for the federal government -- which is a big no no. Since former media outlet head Steve Bannon is now explaining how government works to the president, it's hard to see Breitbart as editorially independent of any interest group. Breitbart is still "determined to secure" the Senate Press Gallery credentials it says it's entitled to, so we'll see if Bannon can get Tiny Hands to make a phone call. And that backlash included us because we totally appreciate celebs that will stop and take pics! We mean, what does it take, a second? And you're giving fans a gift to treasure forever! He's certainly not the first celeb to draw the line at photos; Emma Watson said she wouldn't take pics with fans just two months ago. We may not think it's the greatest thing, but it's not something to lose sleep over! So he's probably more upset about the reaction to something he said in a Men's Fitness interview about movies in Hollywood:
Many took that to mean he wanted to see more straight, white males on the big screen, as "blue collar" has become political code in that way. Just off the top of our heads, last year brought us Oscar nominees Fences, Hell Or High Water, and Manchester By The Sea, all stories specifically about blue collar struggles. | 75-Year-Old Walmart Worker Suffers Broken Hip After Confronting Shoplifter Posted: 25 Apr 2017 02:29 PM PDT A 75-year-old Walmart greeter in Clarksville, Indiana suffered a nasty injury after a confrontation with a shoplifter left her on the ground. Store greeter Patricia Wilson was working an early morning shift at the retail giant in late March when she spotted a man trying to leave the store with a full cart. The employee spotted "large merchandise" hidden under bathroom tissue, and as customary of her job, went to make sure everything was paid for. She explained via phone call to WDRB:
That's when things took a painful turn, as the suspect sharply pulled the cart away from the elderly worker and sent her falling to the floor, landing her one agonizing hip injury. She added:

| Vin Diesel Defends His Lip-Locking Skills After Charlize Theron Shaded Their On-Screen Kiss! Posted: 25 Apr 2017 02:13 PM PDT This is awkward on so many levels. As you may know, Vin Diesel and Charlize Theron aren't exactly on the same page when it comes to their aggressive kiss in their movie, The Fate of the Furious. In case you haven't seen the flick, the Oscar winner plays a villain in the action movie who convinces Vin's character to turn against the Fast family, and the kiss in question happens when she forces it onto the 49-year-old. Video: Jenna Dishes On The First Time Channing Seduced Her So here's where the disagreement comes in... Earlier in the month, Diesel was going around bragging about the EPIC kiss the two share onscreen. However, not long after the A-lister's sentiments made headlines, Charlize stopped by Ellen DeGeneres' show and revealed that she thought the lip-locking moment was awkward AF! The blonde stunner said kissing the Hollywood hunk was like touching lips with a dead fish. Ouch!
