He's back on his 5-minute daily podcast, which is all he has left since being ousted from Fox News after all of his advertisers jumped ship. He was, huh? He didn't figure companies wouldn't want their brands associated with sexual harassment? Maybe, like Donald Trump, he doesn't think he did anything wrong. The former Factor host promised fans he'd eventually share his side of all this, but not just yet:
"A lot of stuff" is the "no spin" way to say "legal barriers thanks to sexual harassment lawsuit settlement terms." As we reported, after Erin Moran passed away this weekend, former costar Scott Baio wrote a touching post on Facebook praising the actresses' "contagious smile, warm heart, and animal loving soul." According to Harrison County, Indiana authorities, the thespian who played Joanie Cunningham most likely died due to complications from stage 4 cancer. Sadly, Baio -- for some stupid reason -- decided to do a 180 after paying tribute to his Happy Days love interest. Related: Scott's Alleged Attacker Will NOT Face Charges! On Monday, the Donald Trump supporter appeared on the Bernie & Sid radio show where he seemingly blamed Moran's death on drugs and/or alcohol. Again, she died from cancer. The 56-year-old said:

According to his rep, Elton John contracted a "rare and potentially deadly" bacterial infection after completing the South American leg of his tour. Because of this, the Tiny Dancer singer is forced to cancel all of his April and May performances of his residency The Million Dollar Piano at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Aaron Hernandez's lawyer is speaking out on reports claiming the late athlete left a suicide letter for a gay prison lover. As we've told you, the convicted NFL star supposedly left behind three notes before hanging himself from his prison cell last week -- one of which was allegedly addressed to another prisoner he'd been intimate with. The other two were said to be written to his fiancรฉe, Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez, and the couple's four-year-old daughter Avielle. Tom Hardy proved he's not just an action star on film Sunday when he helped the cops nab a crook in real life! It all started when a couple South London thieves ran a red light on a stolen moped, only to crash into a Mercedes. One was too injured to run and was quickly apprehended by police, but the other bolted -- and that's when Tom sprang into action. Photos: Celebs With Scary Stories Of Being Robbed! Apparently without a thought for his own safety, Tom ran after the perp, down the street, through gardens, even leaping over a wall! Eyewitness Arun Pullen, whose yard Tom dashed through, described the incident right out of a film to The Sun, saying:
Wow. According to witnesses who saw the end of the chase, Tom grabbed the thief and threw him into a bus stop before quickly patting him down for weapons and then pulling out his ID. Mel B is pulling out all the stops to prevent Stephen Belafonte from regaining visitation rights to their kids. As we reported, the Spice Girl filed restraining orders against her estranged husband and their former nanny for trapping her in a years-long cycle of abuse, extortion, and infidelity. Now, she's adding Belafonte's alleged involvement in the porn industry to the list of reasons he shouldn't have contact with the kids! The X Factor judge's court counsel said there was "evidence" on multiple computers in the family home that show Belafonte is linked to porn, and may have even shot some himself. Related: Mel's Former Nanny Hits The Singer With A Defamation Lawsuit! Mel's attorneys allege there is a paper trail on her ex renting spaces around Los Angeles to shoot these dirty movies. Given what's already come out about their relationship, this wouldn't be surprising at all. According to TMZ, the judge is leaning toward granting Stephen monitored visits with the couple's daughter Madison, but will deny his efforts to get any visitation with Angel -- Mel and Eddie Murphy's daughter. While their son had become a controversial figure, convicted of one murder and later acquitted of two others, he was still their kin. So immediately following a private funeral -- which was attended by a few of his friends from the NFL -- the family released the following statement:
Their grief was compounded today because after the District Attorney initially withheld Hernandez's suicide notes, final letters to his family and friends, the court finally ordered them to be released. The fam reportedly were sent unredacted email copies Monday in time for the funeral. We hope for their sake the notes provided some sense of closure. Though with a continued investigation into his death still to come, thanks largely to his fiancรฉe Shayanna Jenkins, we're guessing this won't be done for a long, long time.
