Glenn Beck & TheBlaze Are Countersuing Tomi Lahren's Wrongful Termination Suit!

These pundits aren't playing!

As we reported, earlier this month, Tomi Lahren sued Glenn Beck and TheBlaze for wrongful termination after she was fired for coming out as pro-choice during an appearance on The View.

Fast forward to Monday, Beck is calling BS on Lahren's claims, and plans to fight her in court!

On Monday, in a Dallas court room, the 53-year-old radio host filed a countersuit against the 24-year-old alleging that her abortion comments had NOTHING to do with her suspension.

Rather, it had to do with Tomi's "uninformed and inconsistent" comments, her poor on-air word choice, and her antagonistic relationship with the crew.

However, don't get it twisted! The blonde's statement on The View wasn't appreciated either! According to legal docs:

"Lahren's statements were offensive to many of TheBlaze's supporters and followers because they imply that only a hypocrite would believe in the Constitution or conservative values but not be pro-choice."

The lawsuit also says she was NOT fired, but because of a "pay or play" system, the network has the right to not air her show.

Contrary to reports that TheBlaze wants control of Lahren's social media followers (including her 4 million Facebook fans), the conservative news company says she does in fact have access to her accounts.

Not so coincidentally, on the same day as Beck's countersuit, Tomi's lawyer submitted a filing asking for her employment contract with TheBlaze to be terminated.

Doesn't look like this legal drama is going to end anytime soon!

Caitlyn Jenner Will Probably Never Have Sex With A Woman Again — But Is Open To A Male Partner!

Caitlyn Jenner's days of dipping in the lady pond are OVER!

According to her upcoming memoir The Secrets of My Life, the former I Am Cait star reveals she has had it with sex, especially when it comes to female partners!

The Olympian wrote in the juicy book:

"Of the most important things in my life, sex is beyond the bottom; it has been that way for a long time... A future female companion? Yes, I do think about that. A future female sex companion? Not happening, at least for now, and perhaps not ever."

So she's willing to have a relationship with a woman but doesn't want any intimate contact?? Very interesting!

While the transgender icon is saying no way José to the female sex, the same can't be said about dudes!

In a separate excerpt, Kendall Jenner's dad says she's "never had the inclination" to have intercourse with men, but her feelings may change:

"Maybe that attitude might possibly change if I have the Final Surgery... Maybe removing the last physical appendage of my maleness... will make me feel differently."

As we reported, Miz Jenner did in fact have gender reassignment surgery back in January, so it's likely that this passage was written before her medical procedure.

Either way, we support Caitlyn's decisions!

Alex Jones, Donald Trump's Biggest Conspiracy Source, Tells Court He's Just A 'Performance Artist' — And People Are PISSED!

If you're not familiar with Alex Jones, here's a quick primer on the radio show host.

His Internet news show, InfoWars, is largely responsible for propagating the conspiracy theories that the U.S. government was responsible for 9/11, that Hillary Clinton ran a child sex ring out of a pizzeria, and that the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax in which Barack Obama hired child actors to pretend their schoolmates had been murdered.

Yeah. He's that guy.

Sadly, a few million people listen to his drivel, deciding that the mainstream media is lying, and this crazy-sounding reporting is the sole source of fact in a sea of "fake news." These listeners include -- you guessed it -- Donald Trump, who has even been a guest on Jones' radio show.

So when you wonder where the POTUS gets his ridiculous ideas about government, voter fraud, wire-tapping, etc, this is the face. Or should we say the mask?

See, Alex is currently in the middle of a bitter custody battle with his ex-wife, Kelly Jones, who is trying to keep full custody of their 9, 12, and 14-year-old kids.

Kelly is using his own horrible words against him, reportedly telling the court:

"I'm concerned that he is engaged in felonious behavior, threatening a member of Congress. He broadcasts from home. The children are there, watching him broadcast."

Yeah doesn't sound like the most stable environment for children. Or highly impressionable Commanders-in-Chief. She also said:

"He's not a stable person. He says he wants to break Alec Baldwin's neck. He wants J-Lo to get raped."

Wow.

Seems open-and-shut to us. After all, he can't deny any of this. He said these awful things on the air; there's record of all of it.

But Alex's lawyer has an explanation for all the crazy talk. It's all fake. In a pre-trial, attorney Randall Wilhite now claims Jones is just "playing a character."

Yep, according to his own advocate in a court of law, Alex Jones the angry conspiracy theorist is actually Alex Jones the "performance artist."

The host that many Americans choose to put their faith in is just a character. Wilhite even went so far as to compare him to Jack Nicholson as The Joker. Funny that he went with a famous villain. Funny.

So does he really not believe any of the insanity he spouts? Is it all just for ratings? Is goading fans into harassing the grieving parents of murdered children -- who he knew were not lying -- just for clicks?

If so, he's an even worse person than we thought. And we aren't alone.

Sadly, we aren't seeing any angry backlash from his listeners. We're guessing they're going to go on believing that his brand of outlandish sensationalism is the only truth, despite him publicly admitting otherwise.

Then again, if Jones' listeners were reasonable, they would have realized he wasn't credible long before this.

$50K Reward Offered For Facebook Killer Who Posted Video Of Murder Online

The man you see (above) is Steve Stephens, and you should consider him armed and dangerous.

A nationwide manhunt is underway for the 6'1", 240 lb. man who Cleveland Police say filmed a murder as he committed it, then posted the video to Facebook on Sunday (though it was widely reported to be on FB Live, the company has since shown police that the video was NOT uploaded live).

The video, which has since been deleted along with the entire account, showed Stephens walking up to 74-year-old Robert Godwin on the sidewalk and shooting him in the head.

Stephens, AKA Stevie Steve, is then reported to have said that his girlfriend drove him to commit the crime. He also said there would be more murders.

Ugh. The more we hear about this case, the more it terrifies us.

The FBI has now joined in the hunt, offering a $50,000 reward for any information leading to Stephens' arrest. Authorities warn residents of Ohio and Pennsylvania in particular to be on the lookout; there have already been several unconfirmed sightings in Philadelphia.

Meghan Markle Is Going To Be Prince Harry's Date At Pippa Middleton's Wedding!

According to reports, Meghan Markle is totally invited to Pippa Middleton's wedding as Prince Harry's date! Gasp!

The wedding will take place at St. Mark's Church Englefield in Berkshire on Saturday, May 20.

Meanwhile, the reception will be held at Pippa's family home in Bucklebury where guests will dine and dance under a tent in the garden, with 18 acres of the property in use as well.

So exciting!!!

This will be the second time Meghan has accompanied her royal beau to a wedding, as they attended Harry's friend Tom Inskip's wedding in Jamaica several months ago.

A source also told US Weekly that the couple is getting very, very serious:

"They will be engaged by the end of summer. They have spoken candidly about their future. They see a life together."

Eeeeeeee! Bring it on!

Man Arrested For Stealing Over 100 Phones At Coachella

A New York man was arrested at Coachella on Friday night after stealing over 100 phones from festival-goers!

According to new reports, Reinaldo De Jesus Henao, was caught red-handed after his victims used the "Find My Phone" feature on mobile devices, and actually tracked the thief down!

Sergeant Dan Marshall of the Indio Police Department explained:

"Some people inside the venue noticed that their phones were missing, so they used the app, you know, Find My iPhone, or however they were tracking it. Obviously, they weren't using their phone because their phone was gone. Enough people pinpointed it to this person, they notified security, they looked around, they saw a person with a backpack, they detained him and then they called us. When we got there, we discovered these hundred-plus cellphones in his backpack."

Wow.

Reinaldo was arrested and charged with grand theft and possession of stolen property.

So far, about 20 of the phones have been returned to their rightful owners, with the rest turned into Coachella's Lost and Found.

Sean Spicer Takes A Hit At The Obama Administration While Trying To Explain White House Visitors Log Policy

Seems like they just wanna do the opposite of whatever President Obama did!

Petty much?

As you may know, the Trump administration disclosed on Friday that they would not be releasing the names of most visitors to the White House, in direct contrast to the Obama administration, which voluntarily disclosed those names.

In fact, the Obama administration released the names of nearly 6 million visitors during Obama's eight years in office, including the names of many lobbyists.

At a meeting with the press Monday, Press Secretary Sean Spicer tried to explain the reasoning behind this lack of transparency, saying:

"We are following the policy that every other administration from the beginning of time has used with respect to visitors' log. We will comply with both the federal records act and the presidential records act as stated by law...It's about following the law. We're following the law as both the presidential records act and the federal records act prescribe it. It's the same policy that every administration had up until the Obama administration."

He added:

"And frankly, the faux attempt that the Obama administration put out when they would scrub who they didn't want put out didn't serve anyone well. The President wants to make sure that people can come in the same way they can go to members of Congress office and provide information and details. There's people who want to be able to come, have that conversation with members of the administration as they would with members of Congress."

Look, the Trump administration can obviously do whatever it wants (unfortunately), but considering Donnie was all about "draining the swamp" and being transparent and #MAGA and all that jazz, don't you think he would have no problem with people knowing who's coming and going to the White House?

It just makes him seem like he has something to hide! Not a good look!

Nearing the end of his spiel, Spicer took a second shot at Obama, of course:

And that's why we maintain the same policy that every other administration did coming up here prior to the last one. And the last one frankly was a faux level of doing that because when you go through and you scrub everyone's name out that you don't want everyone to know, that really is not an honest way of doing it."

We get it! You hate Obama! Sheesh.

Will This Netflix True Crime Mystery Become The Next Making A Murderer?

Get excited, true crime fans.

It appears as though your next Netflix obsession is about to premiere as, on Monday, the streaming site dropped the first teaser poster for their new docuseries, The Keepers. Looks intriguing!

Apparently, The Keepers documents the mysterious disappearance of Sister Catherine "Cathy" Cesnik in 1969 and her subsequent death. Following the success of Making A Murderer and the Amanda Knox documentary, the docuseries promises to give Cesnik's story the same fascinating true crime treatment. It's said the series will highlight the many people the late nun touched, as well as the various secrets and lies that may be connected to her death.

Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Wednesday since that's the day Netflix plans to drop a trailer for the project. Oh, and they'll also be releasing an interview with documentarian Ryan White too.

The Keepers will drop in full on May 19. Will you be tuning in??

Carmelo & La La Anthony Split After Nearly Seven Years Of Marriage

Carmelo Anthony and La La Anthony have split.

According to TMZ, the couple have been living separately as the actress moved out of their home last week, and is now living solo in NYC.

Apparently the NBA star's season with the New York Knicks has been one of the reasons for their separation, as there's been talk of the 32-year-old getting traded.

Although, sources say the separation is friendly, as they both reunited for their 10-year-old son Kiyan's basketball over the weekend.

At least their coparenting is on point??

In case you didn't know, the two have been married since 2010. Still, this split comes a surprise!

So far, there's been no word on a divorce, but we'll continue to keep you updated.
