Back in 2015, Kim Kardashian posted a sponsored ad on her Instagram for Diclegis, a medication aimed at treating morning sickness. Related: Kim Admits To Sucking In Her Stomach To Hide Pregnancy!! Almost a month later, the KUWTK star was forced to take down the post because the Food and Drug Administration found her endorsement to be "misleading," and failed "to communicate any risk information." Fast forward to Thursday, Kanye West's wife is promoting the drug ONCE AGAIN even after going through the controversy! The 36-year-old added the (above) photo with the caption:

| Jay Pharoah Finally Explains Why He Got Fired From SNL! Posted: 13 Apr 2017 06:01 PM PDT Jay Pharoah getting fired from Saturday Night Live has been a major head scratcher for us for months now. We mean, he seemed like he hardly ever got on the show, but every time he did it was a massive hit. So what was the issue?? More like issues. Plural. But after an interview with Ebro In The Morning on Thursday, we have a much better idea what went down. Photos: 21 Saturday Night Live Cast Members Who Got Fired! Basically, the comic says there were a lot of sources of friction, including that he was pigeonholed as just an impressionist, that the higher ups wouldn't green light Barack Obama sketches, and that he ruffled feathers by speaking up about the show's infamous lack of black women. Pharoah also refused to cooperate in one very specific way -- wearing a dress. He says he was always being asked to wear drag by other writers and cast members; he broke it down:
For those not in the know, for black male performers being asked to put on a dress is crossing a controversial line. Many in the community -- including Dave Chappelle in a 2013 interview -- believe black men are consistently made to wear dresses at some point in their Hollywood careers in an attempt to emasculate them. This is a real hot button issue for young black performers, and it seems some of the cast at SNL just weren't being sensitive about it -- leaving Jay no choice but to refuse, which made him come across as hard to work with. | Caitlyn Jenner Is 'Proud' Of Outed Transgender Survivor Contestant Zeke Smith! Posted: 13 Apr 2017 05:36 PM PDT Caitlyn Jenner knows a thing or two about having your gender identity become front page news... As we reported, Survivor star Zeke Smith came out as transgender right before Wednesday's episode where he was outed by fellow contestant Jeff Varner. Related: Caitlyn Gets Some Birthday Love From Her Famous Family While Varner apologized to the Harvard graduate both on and off the show, Smith is still hesitant to forgive his costar. Almost immediately after the emotional episode aired, Zeke received an outpouring of support -- including the celebrity kind! On Thursday, the former I Am Cait personality and fellow transgender individual took to Twitter to publicly show her admiration for the CBS celeb. She wrote:

| Six Flags Roller Coaster Passengers TRAPPED 100 Feet Off The Ground! Posted: 13 Apr 2017 05:17 PM PDT Holy crap, just looking at this is giving us vertigo! Six cars got stuck on the Joker's Jinx roller coaster at Six Flags America on Thursday -- with 24 people trapped about 100 feet in the air! Unfortunately, this one did pause, for over two hours. The local fire department was called in to try to safely bring down the passengers, though the height and shape of the ride are making it very difficult. As of this writing, the most recent update we've gotten from Six Flags is:
Innerestingly enough, two dozen passengers were stuck on the same ride three years ago. So you'd think they had some kind of plan in place for this. On Thursday, Jennifer Garner filed for divorce from Ben Affleck after they announced their separation nearly two years ago in June 2015. Both movie stars filed paperwork without a lawyer, and from the looks of it, the split seems extremely amicable. Related: Did Ben Going To Rehab Affect His Role In The Batman?? The Batman actor and the Alias actress both want joint legal and physical custody of their three children. However, the two are still negotiating a financial settlement. Because Bennifer 2.0 did not have a prenup, all of their earnings will be split 50/50 unless someone objects. Either way, a judge will have to make a decision regarding spousal support. Because their divorce was filed in a peaceful manner, the ex couple will most likely handle the rest of their legal business through a mediator. | Move Over, United — American Airlines Gets Hit With A Lawsuit Over Alleged Racist Practices! Posted: 13 Apr 2017 02:07 PM PDT There's plenty of room in the skies for airline controversies! American Airlines temporarily stole the spotlight from United after a pastor claimed he was blocked from a flight just because he's Korean. TMZ reports Benny Shin filed a lawsuit against AA on Thursday, just a few hours after the injured Dr. David Dao's lawyers held a press conference announcing he would probably be filing a mega lawsuit against United. Not the best week for airlines... or travel in general. Related: Passenger Stung By Scorpion That Fell From An Overhead Bin! The 75-year-old alleges he was waiting to board a flight from Dallas to Corpus Christi in June 2016 when the gate agent refused to let him on the plane -- even though he paid for his flight and had a seat assignment. According to the documents, Shin says "5-7 white passengers behind him" were allowed on board. While American did give him a voucher for a next day flight, Shin says the experience left him feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and scared. He plans to sue for at least $6 million. We don't have to wonder what might have happened if the passenger refused to be re-accommodated to a later flight.
