As we reported in June, indie filmmaker Matthew Fulks filed a lawsuit against Beyoncé, claiming she totally ripped off his 2014 short film Palinoia to make her popular visual album Lemonade. Related: Beyoncé Stands Up For Black Lives Matter In his lawsuit, Fulks says several visual elements from Lemonade were stolen from his film, including images of "graffiti and persons with heads down," "red persons with eyes obscured," "parking garage," "black and white eyes," "the grass scene," and "side-lit ominous figures." Well Queen B is calling BS! According to legal docs, the Crazy In Love singer says both projects have completely different narratives. While Lemonade tells the story of "an African-American woman who progresses through stages of suspicion, denial, anger and, ultimately, reconciliation in her relationship," Palinoia is about a "white man who is distressed in the wake of a failed relationship." While Donald Trump made the questionable decision to pick extra-hateful Indiana Governor Mike Pence at the Republican National Convention earlier this week, Hillary Clinton was determined to to select the best running mate possible. And it looks like she did just that... because it was announced on Friday that Tim Kaine will officially be her Vice Presidential Nominee! | Florida Paramedics Arrested For Taking Selfies With Unconscious Patients! Posted: 22 Jul 2016 05:50 PM PDT Absolutely despicable… On Thursday, two Florida paramedics -- Kayla Renee Dubois and Christopher Wimmer -- were arrested for engaging in a game where they had to take selfies with patients under their care. While Dubois faces two charges of interception and disclosure of oral communications, Wimmer faces seven, in addition to misdemeanor battery for allegedly holding open a patient's eyelid. Authorities began investigating the case when fellow employees filed complaints. According to investigators, the two took selfies with 41 patients, only three of whom gave permission. On Thursday, the American Pie singer pleaded guilty to domestic violence against his now-estranged wife, Patrisha. The musician was arrested back in January, after he got violent during altercation at their home. On Friday morning, Tay and Kim were BOTH spotted in West Hollywood just a few days after the singer's phone call with Kanye West leaked via Snapchat. Let's just say we find the timing a tad suspicious... Related: Amber Talks Taylor & Kanye! Not only did Kimmy's pal Fergie just insinuate that the drama is all for "publicity", but it's also rare that she would even step out in WeHo for errands. And considering K.W. has her own team of beauticians, why did she need to go to a nail salon all the way from Calabasas to get a mani? As for Swift, why would she venture out to a public gym given all the paparazzi trailing her butt right now? You'd think she'd want to lie low for the moment. Either the two met up to clear the air or they're sending us a sign about the true nature of this feud.
