With accusations of police brutality flying amid senseless deaths of citizens, and horrifying sniper attacks on the police themselves, things have gotten completely out of hand here in this country. Well, now Ariana Grande and Victoria Monet have answered back. Related: Ariana Releases Her First MAC Viva Glam Lipstick On Saturday, the two released a brand new song decrying all the violence and hate happening across America, and Better Days is leaving us with a powerful message and SO many emotions. The song itself holds touchy lyrics and heartbroken emotion for all the lives lost: "How we gonna stop the violence, stop the hurting, stop the hatred, stop the murders? We're all human, that's for certain. Come together, we deserve it." And Grande herself spoke out about it on Instagram when she released a snippet of the song yesterday (below): "During this challenging time, we have to remember that the only way we will progress is if the overruling force is#Love. "Music is a universal language that all of us can feel regardless of color lines, gender, sexuality, age, race, religion…. it unifies us. We believe we can not fight hate with hate, only love. Just as we can not fight darkness with more darkness. Only Light." Too many precious lives were taken from us this week, this month, this year. Rest in peace #AltonSterling. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and a few pals walked up to the door and tried to get in, but the doorman wasn't having any of it since, according to Brandi, her crew didn't have a reservation at the club. Chaka Khan has entered rehab -- along with her sister -- to battle addiction to prescription pills, and she's citing her late good friend Prince as the source of inspiration. Related: A Breakdown Of The Days Leading Up To Prince's Sudden Death The singer released a statement to the Associated Press on Sunday, saying she is canceling concert appearances all summer in order to get her health in order (below): "Unfortunately, I will miss concert appearances over the summer. However, it's vital that I put my health and well-being first. I know that I am disappointing some of my fans, but I also know they would want me to recover and be well and healthy." And while she is entering the program with her sister, Yvonne Stevens (also known as Taka Boom), Chaka Khan was very clear about the inspiration behind her decision: "The tragic death of Prince has had us both rethinking and reevaluating our lives and priorities. We knew it was time to take action to save our lives. My sister and I would like to thank everyone for their support, love and prayers." Wow. Caitlyn Jenner To Appear At A LGBT-Focused Brunch Outside Next Week's Republican National Convention Posted: 10 Jul 2016 01:04 PM PDT Looks like Caitlyn Jenner is standing with the Republicans... sort of. The I Am Cait star is going to Cleveland next week, but it won't be for the Republican National Convention -- instead, she's ready to participate as a celebrity guest at an LGBT brunch outside the convention. The American Unity Fund, a conservative organization that advocates for LGBT causes, is hosting the brunch on July 20 in an effort to show conservatives support LGBT issues and the community at large. Talk show host Montel Williams is also slated to attend the event. Jenner, for her part, sounds excited to be a part of the brunch, saying in a statement: "The party conventions are like the political Olympics, and I'm excited to be headed to Cleveland to stand with my fellow LGBT Republicans and allies. As a proud Republican and transgender woman, I want to support courageous Republicans who advocate for LGBT freedom ... I want to do my part to persuade more Republicans to support freedom for millions of LGBT Americans." Williams added his own statement, too: "There are a few misguided lawmakers who have lost sight of the fact that anything short of full freedom for our LGBT neighbors, friends, and co-workers is a threat to the freedom of all of us. Like Vice President Dick Cheney stated, 'Freedom means freedom for everyone.'" Hmm... Daenerys Marries Who?! VOTE For What You Think Will Happen In Season 7 Of Game Of Thrones! Posted: 10 Jul 2016 01:00 PM PDT The conclusion to Game Of Thrones is coming… but there's still a LOT that needs to happen in the final chapter of the fantasy hit! Season six's finale put all the key players in place to battle it out for the Iron Throne -- Daenerys is finally setting sail to Westeros, Jon Snow has regained control of the North, and Cersei is about to begin her reign as Queen of the Seven Kingdoms. Sure, there's the great battle against the White Walkers looming in the North, but we (probably) don't have to worry about that until Season 8.
