In March 2015, the world was shocked when they learned Hillary Clinton used a private email instead of the official one from the State Department. When this information became public, people questioned the 68-year-old's ethics. While the controversy almost cost the politician her (presumptive) title of Democratic presidential nominee, it really shouldn't have. Lisa Marie Presley filed for divorce from Michael Lockwood after ten years of marriage, and only days after word got out, court documents reveal that Elvis Presley's daughter is already changing the papers! Last year, the sports star became the first transgender individual to earn a spot on the US National Team of the gender he identifies with, rather than the one he was given at birth. And now, the 35-year-old is the first out transgender athlete to be featured in ESPN The Magazine's Body Issue! Photo: Dwayne Wade Also Gets Naked For The Body Issue! The duathlete -- who competes in events that feature both running and biking legs -- posed completely nude for the spread, bravely baring his body in these shots (above)! In a sneak peek of the upcoming issue, the inspirational athlete told ESPN that he had wanted to be in this specific issue for over a year, explaining that he finally feels comfortable with his body:
Chris even admitted that before he transitioned, he viewed fitness as a way to be more connected to his body, and would put on muscle in certain places to feel more masculine. He says that's why being featured in this spread is such a moving moment for him:

During his show in Jacksonville, Florida on Wednesday, the Biebs took a tumble onstage while performing his smash single, Sorry! Related: Watch Justin Hop On Stage After Spraining His Ankle! On Wednesday, Orange Is The New Black star Danielle Brooks sent out a tweet describing a potentially racist encounter from a recent first class flight. According to Danielle, a gate attendant exclaimed "lucky you" once they realized she was flying first class. The insinuation is that Brooks had never flown first class before, or that her seat assignment was out of the norm or a stroke of luck. Related: OITNB Actress Talks Orlando The big issue here is that D.B.'s race might be the reason for the attendant's comment, a theory that many fans are divided on. While some people think the remark was an offhand comment, others believe it's an example of "casual racism" due to the disgusting bias of some people that women of color can't afford first class. Over the weekend, the YouTuber claims he was jumped by three strangers outside of West Hollywood's gay club, The Abbey, in an apparent hate crime. And while police say they didn't see any injuries or evidence of an assault while responding to his call, the 26-year-old insists the attack actually happened. In a newly-released interview with The Advocate, the online personality stressed that the cops should have taken his word for it, saying:
The UK native went on to say that the way the cops slapped him with charges for vandalism and filing a false police report isn't fair, considering he says he's the victim in this incident:
However, the police have revealed that they have video of the LGBT lifestyle vlogger hurting himself in his holding cell, which is how he got those stitches on his forehead. The authorities aren't releasing the footage, though, because it's evidence in the ongoing investigation. It's also important to note that in his initial Instagram post about the alleged assault, Calum listed the stitches with other injuries he sustained that night, leading followers to believe he got them because of the supposed beat-down. He only clarified that the wound on his forehead was self-inflicted after the cops recalled that the Brit had been hitting himself in the head with a payphone while behind bars. Between the internet celeb actually harming himself in jail -- which he claims is the only way he could get treated at a hospital -- and one of the alleged "attackers" sharing an incredibly different version of events from that night, people have become skeptical of Mr. McSwiggan's story. Plenty have even decided that he's fabricating the entire attack. But the digital star says that's not true, and his reputation is suffering because of the backlash:

| Disney's Debby Ryan Pleads No Contest In DUI Charge! Posted: 30 Jun 2016 03:53 PM PDT Debby Ryan may be dodging jail time, but she's not entirely off the hook! Back in April, the Disney darling was arrested for drunk driving after she crashed her Audi into a Mercedes while under the influence. Photos: All These Disney Channel Stars Got Busted For DUI! And even though the Jessie star promptly issued an emotional apology for her actions, the 23-year-old still has to face the music! On Thursday, the Disney Channel alum's two misdemeanor DUI charges were dropped in exchange for her no contest plea regarding her reckless driving charge. So, the TV actress will be on probation for three years, will have to spend three months in a DUI program, and will have to do community service. Miz Ryan will be back in court in September, so a judge can rule how much cash she has to cough up for damaging the other car.
