M*A*S*H Actor David Ogden Stiers Dead At 75 Posted: 03 Mar 2018 03:57 PM PST Longtime character actor David Ogden Stiers, best known for playing Major Charles Winchester on M*A*S*H, has died after a long battle with bladder cancer. He was 75 years old. The actor's agent confirmed Stiers' death to the media today, relaying that the longtime actor died peacefully at his home in Newport, Oregon. Related: Florida School Shooting Survivors Are Serious About Ending Gun Violence Stiers joined the cast of M*A*S*H in 1977, playing Winchester as an arrogant aristocrat and surgeon who filled a major void in the show after the departure of the Frank Burns character. In fact, Stiers did his work so well on the show that he earned himself two Emmy nominations for the series!!! Long after the show, Stiers enjoyed a successful career as a voice actor, as well, appearing as characters in movies like Beauty and the Beast, and Lilo & Stitch. In 2009, he came out publicly as gay, too, saying he was no longer afraid to hide it. Here he is, in his most memorable role (below): So sad to see him go. R.I.P. [Image via Joseph Marzullo/WENN.] |

Posted: 03 Mar 2018 01:51 PM PST Back in action like she never left! Related: Fergie And BEP Are NO MORE! 50 Cent Apparently Doesn't Give A Shit Whether Rick Ross Dies Or Not… Posted: 03 Mar 2018 11:41 AM PST As we've been reporting over the last 24 hours, Rick Ross is reportedly in the hospital and fighting for his life on life support after being found unresponsive and 'breathing heavy' earlier on Friday. And as you might expect, rappers and celebs from all walks of life are grappling with this significant health scare by pouring out condolences and support for Ross. But not everybody is feeling so generous, apparently. Related: Fergie Drops TWO New Singles With Nicki Minaj & Rick Ross Late last night, 50 Cent posted this to his Instagram account (below):
For those unaware, that's a picture of Ivan Drago from the movie Rocky IV -- and in that particular scene, Drago is standing over Apollo Creed just as Creed is dying. Famously, Drago says during Creed's last breaths, "If he dies, he dies." So in other words... 50 is making a commentary that "if he dies, he dies" at the exact same time many other celebs are reaching out with condolences for Ross' health and recovery. Dude... what the fuck?!?! About an hour after he posted that on IG, 50 followed it up with another film-inspired pic and a very specific caption (below):
Different, huh? Yeah... that's, uh, different, all right... What do y'all think about 50 Cent's reaction to Rick Ross' health issues? Let us know in the comments (below). [Image via Media Punch.] |

Accused Child Molester Roy Moore Is Broke As Fuck & Begging For Money, And We Are HERE FOR IT! Posted: 03 Mar 2018 10:15 AM PST Y'all remember Roy Moore?? You know, the former Alabama judge who ran for the state's open U.S. Senate seat a few months back in a special election only to have it come out during the campaign that he had been accused by multiple women over the years of various acts of sexual misconduct?? Yeah, THAT guy. Well, get this: he's now broke as shit, and literally begging for money to fight his mounting legal bills! Related: Pre-Teen Interviews Roy Moore?? WTF! In a post to his Facebook page this week that is going viral now this morning, Moore is literally blaming "gays, lesbians, and transgenders" for joining forces against him in some scheme to make the country less Christian, or less safe, or something. He notes that mounting legal bills and lawyer fees are bleeding him dry, too, and he claims he needs money to keep fighting the good fight... or something. Read the whole post HERE... it's pretty fuckin' hilarious to watch Moore beg. But funnier still is the Internet's reaction to Roy Moore being broke!!! Twitter went crazy when they heard the news this morning, and Moore's name has been trending for hours. Here are the best and funniest reactions to accused child molester Roy Moore being broke (below):
Ha!!! LOVES it!!! Eat shit, Roy Moore!! [Image via Facebook.] |
Posted: 03 Mar 2018 10:00 AM PST Jennifer Lawrence almost pulled off the rarest of acting feats this year with mother! While the allegorical horror film (alegorror?) was reviled by some, it was also beloved, making tons of top ten lists -- and garnering critical acclaim for J.Law. That rare mix could have made her only the third actor to be nominated for a Razzie award AND an Oscar for the same performance! (Only James Coco and Amy Irving have done so.) Of course, Jen already has an Oscar, so she's already part of an elite club of thespians blessed by gold and then humbled by... also gold. OK, so the Razzies aren't that original Ch-ch-check 'em out (below)! CLICK HERE to view "Oscar Winners Who Were Also Nominated For Razzies!" Posted: 03 Mar 2018 09:22 AM PST Even Bill Maher was surprised and left nearly speechless by these inspiring young people!! Survivors of the recent school shooting in Parkland, Florida have been making the media rounds in the weeks since the shooting, and last night on Real Time with Bill Maher, a pair of students-turned-activists once again proved they are doing and saying what our politicians won't! Related: Celebs React To The Latest School Shooting It's well worth your time to watch the ten-minute interview (above) of David Hogg and Cameron Kasky, students from Florida's Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School that survived the February 14th shooting which left 17 of their classmates and teachers dead. You can just see the movement turning around and being led by a generation of kids tired of school shootings and ready to actually do something about it for a change! SO inspiring!!! Posted: 03 Mar 2018 08:37 AM PST It's "the year of the woman" in Hollywood, and it's about damn time!!! With Time's Up set to get a major piece of time during the Oscars telecast on Sunday night, the Academy seems intent on breaking traditions and shaking things up a bit -- and now, we know that includes breaking on who announces the lead acting nominations, too! Related: Jennifer Lawrence Has A Drunk Alter Ego! Traditionally, the previous year's winners for Lead Actor and Lead Actress would present the same category for the opposite gender the next year -- meaning that Casey Affleck (after winning for his work in Manchester by the Sea a year ago) should have presented the Lead Actress category on Sunday. But that ain't what's happening!!! Affleck bowed out almost two months ago, reportedly to avoid becoming a distraction due to the fact that he'd previously settled two sexual harassment lawsuits over his behavior while shooting the 2010 film I'm Still Here. And now, according to Variety, it'll be four women who present the two leading role nominations instead of people life Affleck!!! Get ready for Jennifer Lawrence and Jodie Foster to announce the lead actress prize winner, while Jane Fonda and Helen Mirren will do the same for lead actor!!! Wonderful!! Obviously a small gesture, but a powerful one nonetheless. And much appreciated!!! Thoughts, Perezcious readers?! Let us know in the comments (below)!!! [Image via Media Punch.] |
Columbus Short Sentenced To A Year In Jail For Domestic Violence Posted: 03 Mar 2018 07:49 AM PST If you do the crime, you've gotta do the time... and now, Columbus Short is going to do about a year in jail for his crimes against his current wife. In a Los Angeles court on Friday afternoon, the former Scandal star pleaded no contest to hitting his current wife in an altercation back in November, and the actor was then sentenced to a year in jail for the deed by a judge. Related: Columbus' Ex Claims She's One Of Jay Z's 'Beckys' According to prosecutors, Short struck wife Aida Abramyan during an argument the two were having, and physical battery is a serious no-no. Obviously. Short also was sentenced to 36 months of probation, as well as domestic violence education. You'll remember, too, that Short had already been on probation over a 2014 bar fight where he knocked out a guy. He's also on probation for a previous domestic violence incident, in which he allegedly put a knife up to his ex-wife's throat. Yikes. Related: Columbus Has Been In Jail A Lot Recently... Obviously, a year in jail (or, with good behavior, at least a few months) might do some good for Columbus Short. We can only hope... [Image via Media Punch.] |
