Producer Of Aaron Hernandez Movie Says He's Receiving SCARY Gang Threats From Rival Exec!

Posted: 09 Feb 2018 05:54 PM PST

Geesh! Save the drama for the actual movie!

Last month, producer Mark Gordon and his company acquired the feature film rights to the book All-American Murder: The Rise and Fall of Aaron Hernandez, the Superstar Whose Life Ended on Murderer's Row, which details everything from Aaron Hernandez's murder charge to his suicide in April 2017.

Unfortunately for him, another Hollywood exec, Todd Guzze, believes he owns the rights to the NFL player's story, and has allegedly threatened Gordon and his employees!

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Gordon is accusing Guzze of leaving him a scary voicemail namedropping two gangs -- The Latin Kings and The Bloods -- claiming Aaron was a member of both, and that he is "keeping them at bay right now."

Allegedly, Guzze hinted things could get physical by saying:

"I don't need to tell you how [the gangs] work... They're right here in L.A."

Guzze also allegedly sent another threat online that read:

"Are you ready? I hope it's worth it."

The Mark Gordon Company helmer is asking the courts to keep Guzze at least 300 yards away from his office, and all of his employees.

In response, Guzze told TMZ:

"Mark Gordon has taken this too far. Aaron Hernandez is a very sensitive story and I've made him aware on multiple occasions that no one is doing this story but the family and the original partners that were closely tied to Aaron and his estate... There is more to come, concerning Aaron's story, and by making this a public spectacle, I feel it's just throwing gasoline on the fire."

The book was written by James Patterson and Alex Abramovich with Mike Harvkey, and was published on January 22, 2018.

Man Allegedly Rapes & Takes Pictures Of 18-Year-Old Woman Dying Of Drug Overdose

Posted: 09 Feb 2018 04:49 PM PST

Brian Roberto Varela (above, left) allegedly raped Alyssa Mae Noceda (right) while she was dying of a drug overdose, took pictures of her unconscious body, and sent them to friends.

According to a police report obtained by BuzzFeed News, the Washington-state man was arrested Thursday in Lynnwood, Washington on suspicion of manslaughter, homicide by controlled substance, and second-degree rape.

The alleged incident took place on Saturday at Varela's mobile home in Martha Lake where the 18-year-old woman came over to party after recently breaking up with her boyfriend.

Varela and other witnesses told police Noceda snorted a "large line of Percs" (painkillers), and then took a "dab" of liquid THC.

She immediately collapsed and fell unconscious, but instead of calling for help, Varela allegedly raped the young woman and later told friends he "did not know if she was alive or dead when he ejaculated into her."

According to friend Jayson Pepito, Varela took several photos of Noceda naked and unconscious, and sent them in a group chat. One text from Varela allegedly read:

"LOL I think she od'd, still breathing... I'm smashing her to pass the time."

Another one allegedly said:

"She died having sex with me."

While Varela thought Noceda might still be breathing, he didn't take her to the hospital as he told friends he was "too tired to do so" and went to bed. The next morning, Noceda was dead.

Although Varela's roommate and another person told him to call the police, he closed and locked his bedroom door -- with Noceda's body still inside -- and went to work at Dairy Queen.

Allegedly, Varela told coworkers he needed to bury Noceda, and mentioned how he broke her legs in order to stuff her body into a black crate.

After hearing this, a coworker went on Facebook and found a post written by Noceda's mother saying her daughter was missing. The employee contacted the police Tuesday morning.

That day, deputies from the Snohomish County Sheriff's Department found Noceda's body stuffed into a black plastic bin in Varela's mobile home.

When Varela spoke to authorities, he claimed the sex was consensual though Noceda was "out of it."

Additionally, after seeing Noceda's mother's post on Facebook, Varela allegedly used her "dead thumb" to unlock her iPhone in order to create a post on Snapchat making it look like she had run away. He allegedly threw the phone into a wooded area behind his work.

According to the Herald, at a hearing in Everett District Court on Wednesday, Varela appeared to be smirking. Deputy prosecutor Bob Hendrix said the allegations involving Varela show "a callous and shocking disregard for human life."

Judge Tam Bui set bail at $500,000, as Varela remains in jail.

A GoFundMe page has been set up in Noceda's honor, and it has already surpassed its goal of $5000.

'My Rape Is Being Used To Attack' Quentin Tarantino — 'And I Really Don't Like That'

Posted: 09 Feb 2018 03:12 PM PST

Samantha Geimer does not want anyone twisting her words.

The woman who was raped by Roman Polanski in 1977 when she was just 13 years old found herself in the spotlight again this week after an old Quentin Tarantino interview was unearthed in which he flippantly defended Polanski.

Geimer naturally had something to say about that, but now she says her words were misconstrued by many.

She clarified to IndieWire:

"I did not call him out or slam him. When asked, I said he was wrong, as in incorrect, about what happened. I thought he knew better now, 15 years later, and did not expect that he would repeat that, because he would only make himself look bad. Okay, I said, "like an ass." But the sentiment was that he certainly knows better. The wording that he assumed I wanted to be "raped," I don't know where that came from, but he never said that. What I was really trying to say to those who called is, I don't care. I don't care what anyone says, I'm not upset, this and worse has been happening to me for years. And mostly, I am aware that my rape is being used to attack him and I really don't like that."

Geimer says she never expected to speak to Tarantino on the phone but made the most of his personal apology:

"I think he realizes that the things he said to be shocking involve an actual person — me — and he wasn't thinking about that at the time. He felt bad about it. While I had him on the phone, I made him talk to me about some of his movies. Ha, ha. Didn't want to waste that opportunity. He is sincere in his apology and I told him I felt my rape was being used to attack him by people who don't care about what happened to me, and I do take offense to that."

Ha! She asked movie questions! She also apparently tried to get a scoop about his upcoming Sharon Tate film, which she thought sounded in bad taste:

"I asked him about his upcoming movie, because I heard it's about Sharon Tate's murder. I was like, "That's just freaking me out. I don't know why. It sounds awful." He said, "No, that's not what it's about. It's about that time period and that year." Although it certainly has nothing to do with me and I'm not sure quite sure why, but I was thinking, "Don't make a movie about that!" I was happy that he could put my mind to rest on a completely random thing like that."

Cannot blame her a BIT.

But ultimately Geimer says the apology did make a difference, just as the one from Polanski did many years later. She says:

"I think apologies go a long way to help the person who was wronged and the person that is apologizing. I often say I don't need them, but in truth, they always have a positive impact...

Talking to Quentin, I know he just wasn't thinking and I didn't take it personally the way he was talking on Howard Stern. But then once I saw it in writing the next day, I realized, it did make me feel better. So, apologies — I think you should take them, even if you don't want them."

As for people being offended on her behalf, she's sick of it.

In her opinion people should spend less time policing jokes and gaffes and more time fighting for real change:

"I am one of those people who thinks that you can have humor about anything. I have a good sense of humor, and when people make jokes about me, I laugh. I think that people should just take their indignation and not watch people they find offensive. If you don't think it's funny, you don't think it's funny. You don't have to apologize for making a joke unless you really screw it up. Apologies should be sincere. I don't think we should apologize for stuff we don't feel sorry for. All this nitpicking and attacking people is missing the point. It's like, hey, could we have some equal rights over here? How about equal pay? Perhaps stop sexually harassing people at work? Instead, it's all, "Quentin Tarantino made shitty jokes!" No, women, focus. It's not all about celebrities and taking people down. Let's be positive and move forward.

I think being spiteful and taking people down you don't like them isn't helping anybody. We all see what's happening. If you're not doing something positive, if you're not making a difference, stop pretending you are. Just be like, "I hate that guy." [laughs] I'm in a weird spot. I've been in this weird spot my whole life. People are like, "We hate Roman because of what he did to you." I'm fine, I don't want anybody to hate anybody, and you actually don't give a shit about me. What bothers me is that people are attacking somebody else at your expense. Let's throw your rape out there to attack Quentin Tarantino. That hypocrisy bothers me because I'm in that spot where that happens to me. This is just the way it goes, in my life anyway, and we all say stupid things."

What do YOU think of Geimer's take?

Is Melania Trump quietly trolling Donald Trump??

After reports he paid off a porn star to stay quiet about their affair -- which allegedly happened right after Melania gave birth -- the FLOTUS has not seemed to be on Team Trump.

First she canceled her trip to Davos, then she showed up separately to the State of the Union wearing a cream pantsuit (above) people couldn't help but notice bore a resemblance to Hillary Clinton's.

And just this week Twitter users noticed the First Lady was following only five people -- and one of them is the man Trump hates -- and has tweeted about -- the most, Barack Obama.
