| Authorities In Rio Officially Charge Ryan Lochte With Filing A False Police Report Posted: 25 Aug 2016 04:06 PM PDT It looks like authorities in Rio are serious about holding Ryan Lochte accountable! According to TMZ, police in the 2016 Olympic city have officially charged Ryan with filing a false police report on August 14. The news comes on the heels of rampant speculation as to whether or not cops would punish Lochte for using a fake robbery story to cover up his act of vandalism at a gas station. As for the likelihood of R.L. physically spending time behind bars, the possibility is slim to none. Sources close to the athlete swear he'll never go back to Rio, and unfortunately he can't be extradited back to Brazil for the offense. Posted: 25 Aug 2016 03:47 PM PDT Robin Thicke, Pharrell, and T.I. are not going to give it up when it comes to that Blurred Lines lawsuit. Last year, the musicians lost their legal battle against Marvin Gaye's family, who claimed the guys committed copyright infringement with their 2013 hit. The late legend's estate won millions of dollars after alleging the songsmiths stole their single from Marvin's Got To Give It Up. But on Wednesday, the trio officially filed to appeal the verdict! The musicians submitted their opening brief with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. In their legal papers, the performers explained that the verdict, as it stands, could inhibit other artists' creative processes in the future, saying:
They continued to argue the ruling should be overturned, because there were a "cascade of legal errors" that swayed the judge's verdict last March:

Several organizations are receiving funds. Aww! We just love when celebs get charitable! According to the Greater Food Bank in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Taylor Swift dropped $50K to help those affected by recent devastating floods in the area. The generous gift comes on the heels of Tay's $1 million donation to additional Louisiana flood victims. In in the interview, Mendes complained about the intensity of his fans while also slamming Justin Bieber's supporters for giving him such a hard time. Understandably, the quotes were hurtful to the singer's many admirers. Video: Treat You Better Premieres! For those who missed the convo, S.M. went as far to deem sex "impossible" due to all the fans who see him as a "sex symbol". Elaborating on his tiring sex symbol persona, the 18-year-old went on to describe:
Hmm... while the comment is pretty tame in the grand scheme of things, we also could see how fans might be hurt by his words. To add insult to injury, the Treat You Better star pissed off Beliebers with this gem:

| Former Degrassi Actor Charged With Child Pornography, Bestiality, & Sexual Assault Posted: 25 Aug 2016 03:03 PM PDT A former actor who played an abusive boyfriend on Degrassi High has been charged with multiple child porn and bestiality offenses after an eight-month investigation. Jason (Byrd) Dickens is facing 26 charges -- including sexual assault; producing, accessing and possessing child pornography; and bestiality -- in what investigators are calling a "very serious" child exploitation case. The probe was kicked off in January, after authorities were tipped about a man uploading child porn online. Three women also face criminal charges related to child pornography and sexual assault, including Dickens' spouse Dylan Anne McEwen. Related: Dog Rapist Dragged Naked From Home And Beaten In April, authorities executed a search warrant at a home and found several devices containing evidence of child pornography -- leading to the arrest of the two other women. Police say the 45-year-old and another woman engaged in the sexual abuse of a child between 2000 and 2006, and distributed pornographic images and videos online. On Thursday, Sex Crimes Inspector Pauline Gray told press:
Officials believe there may be more victims in the community, as Gray is concerned the perverts had contact "with other like-minded people on the Internet." Dickens used several screen names and email address when distributing child porn -- including handles Retrodeviant, Byrd_Dawg, and Sir Dirk -- and frequented a number of fetish websites.
